@GeraldAuser Listening to the panel, I have certs and it was timing and networking that got me in, but at times, I feel my career is moving slower than anticipated. I have multiple certs and study often. But I have to bring this up(sorry) but I run into issues with race and age.

I love passphrases for security, but in use, it gets pretty old to type out the same passphrase multiple times a day. And yes, complexity requirements are abysmal these days. Especially when they dont communicate what the password policies are. I just had to change my password at work; every password I chose was rejected for not meeting the requirements. I finally had one that has a very long passphrase that contains upper, lower, special, number and is about 16 characters long before it let me set it. All for them to wise up, go passwordless and have me set a 6 digit pin
