Was going to see him a few years ago when he was in the uk. Had to have a urgent surgery and was still considering going, wouldn't have stayed conscious and the pain was intense, was beyond gutted.
Been with him since the beginning and I am 46! I live in Michigan and my bestie and I got to see him in Detroit at Comerica Park! That was on my bucket list to see him in his hometown! It was the Monster tour so he was with Rhianna! He puts on the best shows and I have to say the way his dance moves have evolved is adorable! ❤
stan is something that will always make me cry. I have a friend who died from an accident and left his pregnant wife behind because he can't let go of his vices(he's alcoholic). Then one day someone from the police called me and told me that he's dead. I'm like his big sister. He's trying to turn his life around. He just started therapy 3 days before His death. Stan is his favorite song since high school. He knows the whole rap and i sing Dido's part.
Damn. It’s cold comfort but at least he died on the road to a better life and not bottomed out like it would’ve appeared had it happened a couple weeks sooner.

Listening to Emenem brings me peace and comfort. My children turned me out by playing his music constantly in the house back in 2000. My son passed away in 2017 and my daughter is now grown and has left my house. When I’m home alone I blast Em’s music up in my sons old room and I can hear it throughout the house and it feels like my kids are still there at home with me. I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I just break down and cry because my son Loved Emenem. He use to make me read the lyrics to his songs. He pointed out the lyrical genius in him. So, yeah, I will always love Emenem music. I’m a 51 year old grandmother now and Emenem is my favorite rapper.❤😢

When I’m home alone I blast Em’s music up in my sons old room and I can hear it throughout the house and it feels like my kids are still there at home with me. I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I just break down and cry because my son Loved Emenem. He use to make me read the lyrics to his songs. He pointed out the lyrical genius in him. So, yeah, I will always love Emenem music. I’m a 51 year old grandmother now and Emenem is my favorite rapper.❤😢
