I am trying to be kind.. But people around ain't kind at all, they all bully and tryna take advantage on kindness!! Sometime i can,t be kind at all
Yes, you can and should be kind to everyone. As long as you continue to let them be a part of your life, you can’t grow. You are allowing them to steal your joy. Let them go and move on. Meditation is so good for you. There are many affirmations on UA-cam, Pinterest, and books you can purchase by Deepak Chopra and so many others. Please don’t use other people as an excuse for what you feel. Start taking responsibility now for a happier and better life for you. I know you can do it. Claint I ask the Universe to guide you and bring positive, loving people into your life and that you open your heart to receive them.
