Namaste and serenity prayer and I think my friend is doing the best she can and she was enough .it's to bad she went thru life wth mask .well healing prayer s fir all beautiful souls I didn't judge I jus didn't like the microscope ..I wanted to get that letter ..still do ..jus a simple letter to me ....well I'll check back in a month till then I hope her friends and family are good to her she not alone at all ..I know her very well her cousin Charlene should bring her vacation ! Indeed, be curious, not judgmental. A day spent judging another or ourselves is a painful and stupid day. We are usually very quick to pass judgement, but too slow to self-reflect 🖖
My curiousity tells me this is simply alternative pathway to success. Most people try to avoid something like fear or even fight it but this kind of video teaches not to avoid it and even befriend it. People need respect all their emotions be it anger or fear or love or curiousity or whatever. Self balance of sorts.
