TODAY'S RECIPE IS The Famous Grapes Cake Recipe | One Egg Upside Down Grapes Cake | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Grapes 300 gm
Remove seeds
Sugar 3 tbsp (20cm pan)
Caramelised the sugar
Butter 1 tbsp
Turn off the flame
Add grape
Spread evenly
Keep aside
One egg
Sugar 1/3 cup
Whisk until foamy
Oil 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 2/3 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Close the lid hole
Place a heavy bottom pan on stove
Heat the for 5 min on medium flame
After 5 mins place the frypan
Cook it on low flame for 15-25 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

I tried this. Came out pretty good. I didn't have all purpose flour so I used bread flour and it came out really soft. i had to cook this thing so long to. Probably because I used the bread flour.
