Recipe:
4 eggs.
50g (1.76oz) sugar.
50 g (1.76 oz) flour.
30 g (1 oz) cocoa.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
Juice of 2 lemons.
200 g (7 oz) raspberries..
30 g (1 oz) sugar.
15 g (0.5 oz) cornstarch.
80 g (2.8 oz) condensed milk.
100 g (3.5 oz) ricotta cheese.
100 ml (3.5 fl oz) whipping cream.
120 g (4.2 oz) dark chocolate.
warm cream.
