Can you have multiple emails associated to your Autodesk Account? i.e. possibly having multiple license of Revit associated to you.

Good question! No, unfortunately. And Autodesk does not have a mechanism to combine separate accounts.

You can have an "Alternate Email" listed, which is important if access to your work email is suddenly removed (if you know what I mean)!
