Petko, please check the lid of the P. Sp. Dominican Purple, I don’t believe the one side slid in properly and is likely loose. Don’t want her to escape if she ventures to to top
Just wanted to say thank you. I'm an arachnophobe, who started watching cause arachnids scary but really cool. Last Sunday I picked up my 1st tarantula, a Grammostola Plucra. She's adorable. Thank you for inspiring me to face my fears. My biggest fear now is that she's a sling and I dont want to screw up her care.
wow those can be very expensive and hard to come by!!! amazing first T . they will grow up gorgeous and jet black like a panther ^^ hopefully yours will be a female!
Well done Erik, I was 💩 scared of spiders 🕷 to, but after watching lots of tarantula videos I slowly got over my fear. Next month (oct) ive had my T called China a year. I have a Tliltocatl albopilosus- curly hair tarantula.(Nicaragua, true form). my next T will be the Brachypelma hamorii, and a jumping spider,I really love the Phidippus regius. How's you're spider doing? 💜💙🇬🇧
Happy Father's Day! (not sure if that's a thing in Croatia.) Thank you for the wonderful videos. I'm too much a wimp to be in the same room as your critters so this is enough for me. I checked out the sponsor and I gotta say, it's too rich for my blood but they do have some really nice stuff. Wasn't expecting to be cheap but holy carp, one thing was $4000! Thank you for picking out businesses that do help, even if a little, to make this world a better place.
Petko, I've been watching for a while now trying to work through my arachnaphobia and educate myself. I had bought jumping spiders and they moved to fast and I was to afraid to hold them. Yesterday I went to a pet expo and held a T. Albopilosus. My first ever time holding a spider intentionally. She was so calm and docile I kinda was smitten. I bought one and am not afraid to hold it. Thank you so much!
Been watching you and your T's for years now. No matter what you are doing it's always enjoyable. Hope you had a wonderful "Father's day " don't even know if you celebrate it there.. regardless....enjoy being a dad!
Thank you for another fun video and OF COURSE ALL the tarantulas here are a ten out of ten! So are you Petko! That's why we always come back for more. Cheers!
I got my shirts I ordered from you today and it made my day amazing. I love watching your videos and you are definitely a big part of me getting into the hobby. I now have 26 tarantulas and I adore them all.
I was going to say for the sponsor I wondered if the scorpion on a Keychain was a bottle opener then you opened the next box and I was like damn that bottle opener is heavy duty and means business.
Hey Petko! Great vid, but I wanted to warn you, that on the footage it seemed like you didn't actually close the top lid of the Dominican Blue tarantulas enclosure! I don't think it can escape, but a T that big could be able to push it open, take a look!
Does anyone else have a hard time watching any other tarantula channel because Petko’s footage is so well done 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️ any other channel I just get frustrated because I can’t tell what the heck is going on 😅
There's some really good lesser known creators out there. However, in Petkos videos, the Tarantulas are always the focus (except for when he's talking). With some other channels, I get the feeling that some people are more like vloggers who own tarantulas, but 80% of video time is the uploader's face
By the yellowish coloration of the mold in her enclosure, it appears to be mushroom spores and if it is indeed mushroom spores it will not cause any harm to the tarantula ... Great Video !!🕷🕷♥♥🕷🕷
I always get nervous when my favorite UA-camrs take a sponsor, but I actually really think those products are awesome, this is the first time I can say I've wanted to buy something I was advertised to about. That chameleon tape measure specifically would be incredibly useful in my day to day and not nearly as bulky as my normal one.
That was hilarious, and just what I needed! LMAO Petko vs roaches vs tarantulas. :D Soooo funny. I was thinking the locust/grasshopper pin is for a kilt. I'm gonna go check out their site. See you next time.
7:53 at this point the Tarantula uses it foot to tap the roach to get a response then the roach moved and it all it took for the T to detect what it was that fell. Perhaps it was vibration but maybe the T actually did see it cause it does stand out quite a bit and the T recognized that this was something normally the enclosure. Nice slow take down by the curious Tarantula.
The problem with that last one is the fact that there is way too much vegetation in the enclosure, the tarantula can barely move around while they're trying to catch the roaches.
According to the videos released 9 months ago I had a thought. Maybe you can get that company that makes those key chain things with a tarantula and it's used to hold up your phone on your desk spider is. In a raised striking mode
Damn when I saw the hermit crab, idk how you could get one in the dark den with Croatian laws but it would be so awesome to have a giant crab in your collection, and probably very terrifying too.
Some of these comments about his spelling mistakes and the video not being a feeding video is actually quite annoying (wanted to use a different word but couldn't think of it) keep up the great work love your videos because of you I have 3 ts and will be getting more cheers dude for taking the time to film these videos for us 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻👍🏻👊🏻👍🏻👊🏻
To prevent the mold what you should probably do is put a drainage layer of Activated Carbon so it keeps the water is the system purified, I don’t believe it would harm the tarantulas since it’s used for a ton of live terrarium setups. If you check out ABG mixes which are used for basically any setups some actually contain Activated Carbon in them. It should hopefully even be easy for you to get because you can usually find it in any pet shops since it’s used as a filter medium for fish tanks. You can even just add some to the ground mix you make and it should help prevent mold in any type of enclosures. I hope it helps out your mold issues if you try it out, Namaste Petko.
I also noticed my Tarantulas molting due to the higher temperatures. Look at these crazy numbers: 2 weeks ago: Acanthoscurria geniculata 1 week ago: Heteroscodra maculata 4 days ago: Grammostola pulchra Yesterday: Brachypelma klaasi Today: Aphonopelma chalcodes I call the numbers crazy because the last three tarantulas are all big females of slow growing species, so it's really interesting to see them molt all in the same week.
After feeding the Domican Purple , I don't know IF you got the Lid on???Better check On That! And I might be wrong but are you Not making as many Videos as usual? I know your probably busy with Mia and new baby ,but, I Need my Videos Fix every week ! Sending you and your family my Best, TY and God Bless Tarantula's.
Petko: hehe .. now she has both roaches tarantula: that was my plan the whole time... 1. act stupid so he will drop a second roach... 2. grab both roaches... 3. FEAST!
Have you ever thought about getting a mantis shrimp? This is the animal with the toughest punches and the most complex eyes in all of the animal kingdom!
I've heard they'll sometimes punch the glass of their tank, breaking it, & when the owner returns to the room they find 50 gallons of water on the floor, a dead mantis shrimp, & a busted tank.
I'm guessing from the name coppertist that their products may be made from copper. Just a guess. Lol. They are awesome products tho, be great if they made a spider something. I love the grasshopper safety pin and chameleon measuring tape.
I’m hoping he noticed @ 10:25 that the top glass did not slide on properly!
otherwise we will see another tarantula escapy ^^
At 6:25, she took that roach so gently, like a true lady!🥰
Petko, please check the lid of the P. Sp. Dominican Purple, I don’t believe the one side slid in properly and is likely loose. Don’t want her to escape if she ventures to to top
I noticed that as well
10:20 i didnt catch it the 1st time
@@Beast-sx2pe I also commented it on his IG, said he got it, so we can all breathe easy now lol
i saw it too
Lol was just about to say something when I saw it lol

The scorpion looks like a bottle opener
Tarantula feeding videos are nice to watch. It decreases my stress levels after coming home from work.

@10:20 you don't close the enclosure properly...watch out!!
I was just about to say the same!
Yup! check that top glass slider thingy!
he give the tarantula just a chance :D
Your videos make Mondays that little bit more bearable
Love you man!! ❤️
Awesome Video dark den
Thank you for another fun video and OF COURSE ALL the tarantulas here are a ten out of ten! So are you Petko! That's why we always come back for more. Cheers!
Hi from Australia, I love Tuesdays. Another video to watch
I got my shirts I ordered from you today and it made my day amazing. I love watching your videos and you are definitely a big part of me getting into the hobby. I now have 26 tarantulas and I adore them all.
I like how you talk and enjoy this feeding video
WOW I LOVE THE OPENING MUSIC SYNC WITH SPIDERS SO KOOL.
I was going to say for the sponsor I wondered if the scorpion on a Keychain was a bottle opener then you opened the next box and I was like damn that bottle opener is heavy duty and means business.
Great video! Also happy belated fathers day!
I ordered the brass praying mantis pin. So cool

the ''slow motiop'' got me laughing.
Beautiful spiders and some nice takedowns. As always fun to watch. The things from the shop are super cool, great ideas.
I really dig the slo mo shots 👍
By the yellowish coloration of the mold in her enclosure, it appears to be mushroom spores and if it is indeed mushroom spores it will not cause any harm to the tarantula ... Great Video !!🕷🕷♥♥🕷🕷
i love that Spider's leg slowly moving down as Petko said "Please give me one take down"
Finally, I’ve been waiting so long for a feeding video
Those enclosure lids are so dusty! Must be fallout from the building work.
This sponsor is the second sponsor I've seen from youtubers I'd actually buy product from.
I always think it's so sweet when they take their food gently uwu
Awesome feeding vid, loved it. Hope u had a great Father's Day.
10:25 THE LID IS NOT FULLY ON
that promo swag is pretty slick
That was hilarious, and just what I needed! LMAO Petko vs roaches vs tarantulas. :D Soooo funny. I was thinking the locust/grasshopper pin is for a kilt. I'm gonna go check out their site. See you next time.
Thank you Petko. Love the last take down. Lol
At 12:00 You can just pour water with alot of springtails there next time you water a plant. It should be solved
The problem with that last one is the fact that there is way too much vegetation in the enclosure, the tarantula can barely move around while they're trying to catch the roaches.
Thank you so much for your amazing video :D
Great video as always. Watched it after my shift. A good way of ending my day. 💯
Some clever viewers spotting the lid ...well done everyone ❤️
11:55
Petko, you could dry the corner out a little bit. That plant is photos, yes? should not harm the plant if you do it once in a while.
Loved the content of this video, thanks Petko
All time fan, all time perfect content my friend 👍
This t-shirt fits perfectly.. I currently have a mold problem in my heterometrus laoticus terrarium
Glad to see you back with all the beautiful creepy crawlies!! How is Felix doing? I know he was holding strong last we heard..
Wow tarantulas have some beautiful patterns.
Petko: Unlike Felix, this chameleon has a working tonge...
Felix: OH, YOU WENT THERE
**Petko wonders why is he hearing boss music**
That intro had me looking for rave sticks. Lol
Load up on springtails, they eat mold like no other
Hi Petko, Happy Fathers Day, would call the locust pin a nappy pin 🧷 close the lid on your enclosure!!!
What a beautiful tarantula.
Great video!
That door opening sound is straight from the movie Evil dead 👹🤗🤪
According to the videos released 9 months ago I had a thought. Maybe you can get that company that makes those key chain things with a tarantula and it's used to hold up your phone on your desk spider is. In a raised striking mode
awesome feeding vid!
Hey Petko, at 10:20 it looks like the top lid isn't properly closed, you might want to check that out!
love you petko!
she's doing a bit of gardening 🕷 🌿😂
2:06 area... oversized safety pin. :) Nice work.
Damn when I saw the hermit crab, idk how you could get one in the dark den with Croatian laws but it would be so awesome to have a giant crab in your collection, and probably very terrifying too.
10:29 i fear for an escape, that top panel isn't on there correctly.
I love slow motiop replays lol. The slow motion bits where misspelt.
Amazing video though.

Add a decent amount of spring tails to the Lasiodora parahybana enclosure. They will appreciate the mold and water 👍
Gotta admit the face in the thumbnail got me lol
"I'm not sure what material they used, but it is SO heavy."
Is it............. lead?
That wouldn't be good! :o
Made of bronze and copper :D
Lead would be bad as lead is poisonous to carry around with you.
Great video dude, I keep trying to do a feeding video but all my spiders are shy 😂
“slow motioP” love a good typo ❤️
Great vid.
Great struggle at the end 🤣
Finally a feeding video😆
Man that hermit crab is so cool
The little grasshopper would be calling a safety pin in English, not sure why because they’re not very safe lol
hey petko, can you maybe do a feeding video with all your new world tarantula's please? thank you. lisa from the UK. 💜💙🇬🇧 X.
Great feeding video
Ground Cinnamon works fantastically for getting rid of mould, the issue is I'm not sure if it's safe for animals such as tarantulas etc
I still have the biggest fear of spiders ever but watching these videos makes me interested
Pretty soon you'll get a tarantula right?
that scorpion one is a bottle opener.
another great video petko. the word is safely pin 💙💜🇬🇧
Petko get a P. sp Dominican purple as a sling and you will se beautiful purple blue colouring
There are loads of cheap security cams on the market which have nightvision 👌
I assume that the "p" in "slow motiop replay" stands for Petko 😜
I think the scorpion key ring is also a bottle opener
I purchased a coppertist rattlesnake rattle. I hung it from my Harley Davidson handlebars
Thank you :D
@@coppertistwudesign unfortunately the discount code petko has doesn’t work in Canada

Nice bottle opener! But VERY expensive!
U should do more feeding videos on your other pets, your beetles, Assassin Bug, etc....
Slow motion is how you spell it lol English is hard but you do amazing xxx
