Well thats likely what I would do but it umm wouldn't take me 2 weeks more like 2 days at most 😅😂😳😳 I enjoy build videos too so I was happy to watch and enjoyed it. I don't go on other social media anymore if I can help it. But currently using Facebook to get our campaign for my son's respite centre to NOT be closed down in the public eye. We (not me personally) were on BBC Look North over the weekend and noe have an online petition fingers crossed it works will be truly devastating to all the families if it closes. great job it's really nice a lot nicer that the add on i had built on my mobile home years ago and the guy who built it when adding the roof must have not known what he was doing because i woke up one night with water coming down through the ceiling fan lol but your is a much better room and roof looks great

I love my new space 😀😀 no planning permission needed due to the height and overall footprint. I’m intending to fully insulate the walls soon which will dull the noise but I do have lovely neighbours too 😀😀👍

Thanks, I’m hoping to keep the space clear as a dedicated floor space for working g on my furniture but we’ll see how that goes 🤣🤣 I forgot to mention the guttering etc. I’m installing that later this week, just working out the best way to attach the gutters which is a bit tricky due to the fascia boards 😀👍

Just a quick question please? How old is Daisy? Wow, wonder why they sleep so much, just think how long a day is in a dogs life? 1 day for us, 24 hours of human time, is 7 days in dog time. Great build also, so handy for you now!
I didn't know you had a contractors license, but perhaps it works differently in the UK. I would assume you have folks coming out and checking on the build, safety that sort of thing. Beautiful, any road, and thanks for letting us peek!

Hi, no permission needed as its in the rear garden, less than 2.5m in height at the eaves and is not more than 50% of the overall land. 😃👍

Nope. It’s classed as a garden building/shed due to the height and construction so no issues with me building it myself 😀👍
