You know there is a big kayak tourney next weekend right? Are you jumping in? Pretty much all the other launches are great to get to the main lake. Metro park is good. Harley Ensign as well

Thanks for watching dude! The bass-X spinning rod throws it all. I do not recommend the bait caster. Reel seat is always coming unglued. My spinning reels are all Diawa Legalis and my bait caster is shimano SLX.
@@TheOutdoorConquest I've always heard people gripe on Shimano unless it's spinning reels, which I'm all in on. But, I have the SX and the STX and 2 winch models. I love em and knock on wood, haven't had any problems since I bought them.
These videos showing how it works is to me the best information you can get imo. Got to just show FFS videos brother, because that's shows you fishing and what is happening. Then have the other camera cut to back to you when reeling them in.
I definitely PLAN to do that every time I go out but totally forget about it. I will definitely do it next time. As long as the lake ain’t too choppy cuz then the FFS gets to bobbing up and down in the water column and would make ya sick watching it. As always I appreciate you watching bro! I launched in the Detroit River and went into the south end of the lake. Yes it is public cost $10 to launch. I throw the 1/2oz Wagasaki

Just fine man. Play the wind and understand the wind can switch and make it miserable but you don’t have to go too far for Smallies out there

@@alexfamie5255 I have a regular SLX and I like it. It’s hard to beat abu Garcia combos though. They’re straight work horses.
