Color choices reflect local customs and traditions, and are easily managed in construction. The plan uses space quite well; the one issue might be the separation of the two secondary bedrooms from the primary suite. With very young children, this could be an issue. This is a very good plan that many will find attractive.

Aside from the supremely ugly color choices throughout and the uncomfortably placed TV, the plan isn't bad. I would reorganize the access to the secondary bedrooms to give the front one better access to the bathroom, but other than that the layout is functional.

This home is really all I need and it’s curb appeal is fine. Not a fan of the kitchen, dining area on top of the kitchen, master closet (although has plenty storage space) in the bathroom, and most of the decor. Certainly not my 1st choice in a home, but I’ve seen far worse and this floor plan could be modified to my preferences fairly easily. Just not special.
