Medium is a relative term when it comes to pens, but I think that is probably 1.0mm in many American pens. Do you know what tip size you like? Does 1.0mm sound right?

Kinda late. But to refill pencil lead in these you can pull the front part of the component with the spring from the metal tube. I believe that JetPens has a tutorial.

The lead isn’t coming out of the pencil, but it’s not broken? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm doing the reverse where I'm going to cut down the Dr Gip refills and put them in my Uni Jetstream 4+1 lol

My doctor grip 4+1 the red pen is jam it won't go down all the way
There’s also a eraser on the top side of the pen it’s just a cap that covers the eraser

As far as I know there is no mechanical pencil component available larger than 0.5mm. I could be wrong.
