I think it's pretty funny that Coletos will take any other cartridge in their barrels, but the Coleto cartridge won't fit in any other barrel. Well played, Pilot, well played. :)
okay so i will disagree just a bit. The Style Fit in the Prefill will work, IF it is a brand new insert. For some reason, once it's been used in other pens, it effects that "tightness" that you mentioned. For example, I tried to use the SF insert from my Dr. Grip 4+1 inside my Prefill and it kept sliding out. However, once i put a brand new SF insert (fresh from the tube) into the Prefill it works perfectly. And I won't take it out unless it's out of ink.

this is awesome. I'm so sad that the uni style fit does not work with the prefill because I am getting the chipmunk prefill today!! as you know, I only have the uni style fit, but I couldn't resist the chipmunk.
+PurpleMariposas I'll give it a try. I have probably over a dozen uni style fit shells and tons of refills, but I couldn't resist the chipmunk prefill. I just don't want to start getting too many different shells or I'll have to stockpile different refills hahaha. thanks for the tip!

+Kahlyopi well cant you just take out the tabs from the coleto refill and just use the pen fill it should fit it other pens.
Asad the great You can cut others and make them shorter to fit in Coleto, you cannot make Coleto longer to fit in other pens.
