I think if people actually listened to what Kelly Clarkson said in her interview with Whoopi, it sounded to me like she started out walking & eating better, because she was reluctant to try medication, but her blood work was so bad that her doctor thought she needed the extra help. If that's the case, she wasn't lying, she just took some time to reveal a medical decision that's nobody's business in the first place. There are HIPAA laws for a reason. So many people on social media are ready to pounce with outrage at the slightest provocation. What's the next unforgivable betrayal? She looks fab but she doesn’t have to lie about it. She didn’t even have to open up about why she lost to begin with but she’s a public figure with her own talk show about being honest and open
It sounded to me like she started out with diet & exercise, because she was hesitant about using medication, but her doctor was concerned about her blood work & decided she needed some extra help, Just because she didn't hold a press conference the day she started the drug, it doesn't mean she lied, maybe she just wanted to make sure she would be able to tolerate it & to see if it worked before sharing her private medical information with the world. We all have a right to that, don't you think?

But since you apparently need to make everything about you, my comment applies equally to both of your statements, since they were based on a likely misinterpretation of the situation, as i clearly explained. Public figures are just as entitled to a private life as anyone else, especially when it comes to things like healthcare.
