My mom almost died after a kidney stone surgery. She went to the doctor twice while recovering at home with complaints. They gave her pain killer and antibiotics and sent her home. Within 12 hours she was in critical condition and had 6 blood transfusions. 3 more surgeries. She is afraid to go home now. I’m ready to fight this. We listened and trusted this doctor.where did that get her… help
If you are in Georgia, give us a call and ask for Marc (833) 534-2542. If you are in a different state, we recommend contacting a medical malpractice attorney that is local to you. Most will work on a contingency fee basis (meaning you don't pay a retainer or hourly - they just get paid a percentage of any recovery). If you are having a problem finding an attorney in your state, Marc may be able to help you find someone.
Thank you so much
Great video to answer my questions. My dad spent a week in ICU and 72 hrs on a ventilator and multiple blood transfusion from an injury from a standard G.I scope procedure.
Sorry about your dad. It is definitely tough to watch a loved one suffer after a basic medical procedure goes wrong.
How can I reach you.
OK THANK YOU FOR THIS INFORMATION
Most welcome
Thank you this is extremely valuable info. I am being ignored by doctors and lawyers here in Tucson over botched thoracic and sternum hasn't healed going on ohhh 3 years now...issues after by pass surgery so no doctors will see me now even tho they know I need a thoracic and cardiovascular specialists care to continue my...std of care. yup! not good. At all🤨NOT ENOUGH LAWYERS HERE 😮💨OR QUALITY DOCTOR'S.
We're glad this video was helpful and we hope you are able to find a doctor or lawyer that can help with what sounds like a very difficult situation.
Yes it's very difficult thank you for informing but it's truly unfair how some are treated for others mistakes that ruin us for life then doctors and lawyers look the other way. It's not difficult if lawyers see my evidence they my cardio...admitted errors before the thoracic issues happened, before I was operated on, yup. Thx n take care.
You should of got advice straight away . The longer you leave it the chances you wont be able to claim for your injury. In Uk it is 3 years . You cant bring a case after that time has lapsed.
My step dad and husband had control of my medication so I don’t want to falsely accuse any one. Just want a good doctor
I was in acutane for my acne & was poisoned from a young girl
I took my vitamin D. I looked up the generic medicine I was taking & the results said I took a nausea medicine 50thou units. Then I felt very dizzy. I called & the nurse said I could not speak to my nurse or doctor.
The other important question is, did the patient get told of this serious complication prior to the surgery by the Doctor during consultation or day of surgery or was it just written on a paper? Big difference there regarding patient's proper knowledge.
Dr misdiagnosed rectal cancer as hemorrhoids after test detected blood in stool.
Is this grounds for a lawsuit?
Thanks in advance.
Could be but, in most states, you will need an expert that practices in the same medical field to offer an opinion that the misdiagnosing doctor "breached the standard of care."
I don’t want to sue anyone.
I have been to the mental ward & got released then my husband & step dad called the crises on me after I felt I was was on LSD or maybe someone put testosterone in my drink. My husband hit me & then the cops took me to the crises center. I got released the next day.
What if you were discharged with a diagnosed condition that was not treated and severely caused harm later on?
Certainly the physician has a duty to prescribe follow up treatment; however, those are tough cases because the defense will try to argue the the injured patient bears fault for not seeking out treatment for a condition he or she knew about.
@@WILLIAMSELLEBY Thank you for your quick response
The patient was diagnosed with a severe dental infection by the hospital with profound bone loss . He was discharged without it being treated and the condition has got out of control and rapidly declined . The dentist referred the patient to the hospital for specialist treatment as she was not equipped to deal with it. No follow up appointments to monitor the severe condition he was diagnosed with by the clinician at the hospital . He had to leave his job, as it left him mentally and physically to unable hold down his job. Now his condition is chronic .and lost lots if dental bone and teeth.
My metal health is good. Just want whoever is messing around with my medication to stop.
I am looking for a Malpractice Attorney I think. I had eye surgery in April last year. Then after months of misery, and absolutely no action to resolve it, I decided I needed to see another surgeon in the same field, but completely different practice. I am about to have my 3rd corrective surgery to resolve things that were not done during the initial surgery. Is this the kind of thing you guys handle?
Thanks for reaching out. Medical malpractice cases are extremely fact specific. From the facts you have given, we can't tell whether there is a viable cause of action. If the surgery took place in Georgia, we would be glad to set up a free consultation with one of our attorneys to discuss your case in more detail. Just give us a call at 833-534-2542 to schedule the consult. Thanks!
@@WILLIAMSELLEBY It was in Georgia. I just did not want to put too much of my info out there lol

Do you know of a good attorney? I don’t know my rights? I don’t even know if I’m still married. My birth certificate & marriage license is missing.
Marc Howard said "exspecially aware". The word is especially not exspecially.
People want me dead. My grandma & grandpa passed away & people are trying to take my husbands trust fund
