Excellent vocals. I love the synth. Everything else is useless. What, just a distorted, un-syncopated tom? REALLY high in the mix? It's interesting to hear this stuff, but without the _blaringly loud_ tom, I could work with this. See, I don't think they nearly got this song on _Joshua Tree._ It's thin, the vocals aren't great. Only LIVE did this song become the inimitable Pop Music statement it is. It's one of the most deeply affecting song I have EVER heard. Live. So I'd love to try and get a remix-these vocals are much better than the record's. That's what *I* think, anyway.
