How to kill witches with molotov on Realism (also works on normal difficulties) Throw molotov, go idle before it hits her, she will burn and run around without targeting anyone until dying.
The Military Sniper actually has almost the same DPS as the M16 and SCAR (239 compared to 251 and 248). When used effectively, it's also a really good improvised shotgun for frontlining. There's a reason experienced Versus players typically opt for the Military Sniper: It's essentially just as good of an all-rounder as the assault rifles, but with the right skills and knowledge, it can far surpass them, while also being very serviceable as an improvised shotgun. The Military Sniper and AK47 are basically the two guns that are just really good at everything, with pretty much no weaknesses, and they only get better with player skill.
@@MyUsersDark The AK47 actually has almost the same accuracy as the M16. The Military Sniper also has the added flexibility of the scope though, since scoping in grants 100% accuracy. With proper skill and experience, there's no issues landing shots with them.
@@JAiZUA-cam yeah definitely, they're absolutely manageable I heard somewhere that the AK accuracy while standing still is the same as the M16 accuracy while running but you're JAiZ, so I'll rather take your word for it
@@MyUsersDark I have some images comparing their accuracy while standing/crouched/running, but I can't embed them here lol. The AK47 is _very slightly_ less accurate, but it's such a small amount that it doesn't actually make a difference in practice.
Melee is more reliable and safe for me for expert realism. If you're good with melee, you can get out of the absolute worst horde positions, caught out in the open, get through panic events, lock down doorways/corners, and even stuff hunters / cut smoker tongues. I find too often if I bring deagle, I can get caught out in the open and get downed, where melee could get me through without getting hit once.
Position alone can save a team or reduce the amount of damage that you take. My teammates really need to see this they always run ahead like headlesss chickens and when they get incap blame you for not keeping up with them lol
Versus is very toxic but a lot of the times you can get in a lobby with some chill ass people but coming from a person who is experienced in versus it’s not fun at all when you get a absolute noob on your team constantly having to babysit them but I still don’t say much just end up sucking it up
7:08 "high blood pressure puzzle" is a good way of describing what it's like to get out of a difficult situation on expert. I always love pulling off the trick where you stumble the Tank off the edge of the building if it spawns after the elevator ride up in the hospital level
Very good video and I can 100% agree on secondaries being personal preference. The magnum is definitely one of the best out there, though I'm a huge melee main. Fire axe all the way, it's got me 85k kills and one day it'll be at six figures!
One little thing i noticed while using the bolt actions is that you can do the same faster rof thing you can do with the t1 shotguns by shoving right after shooting, its not much but it does help a bit
fun fact: Explosive ammo does no additional damage and its *splash* damage doesn't do friendly fire (i.e. shooting on the ground next to survivors). Survivors will still play the friendly fire voice lines despite not being harmed.
@@sashapinesnguyenhienhoa8003 You are completely free to test it. Choose expert, take shotgun and explosive ammo and shoot on the ground next to other survivors. You won't do any damage to them. Also I said "additional damage" I didn't say "no damage". Explosive ammo does same damage as regular ammo. Commons die instantly from any amount of explosive damage
@@sashapinesnguyenhienhoa8003 Nescius is right. I tested it out myself, just to be sure: A regular shot from the Military Sniper on Realism Expert deals 45 Friendly Fire damage. An explosive shot still deals the exact same amount of damage. Likewise, if you shoot the ground next to your teammate, they play their pain sounds and a friendly fire message pops up, but they don't actually take any damage. The explosion's splash damage only affects yourself. I posted a video of this to the l4d2 subreddit as proof.
It's been a while since I've played, but I remember the thing I hate the most are players who block the door (mainly the safe room door). By blocking I mean opening it and just standing there because they decided to shoot every single zombie, blocking the rest of the team behind because we know that if we step forward, we take a bullet. Waiting for them to reload is the best idea but ffs it's frustrating to have ppl like that, they think they're the main character and everyone else is just a bot (this is pretty much what's in the video at 3:30)
If You're running the scar and have explosive ammo you can fire single shots if you quickly change weapons but this might be more trouble than it's worth I'd rather just use an M16 and lose those 10 extra bullets in a clip Also if you're shotgun is at zero rounds and you pick up explosive or fire ammo as you start reloading you can have 20 shots in a single clip without reloading can be a lifesaver for tanks
16:30 While it's definitely harder to do without a scope and the fact not everyone will want to run it or have it spawn for them, it is possible to do the same headshot stumble with the AK where you can then either have everyone unload on her or alternate between shoves and melee swings to take her down without aggroing her, though this is admittedly more niche advice for the assault rifles when every sniper is able to do so and again they have scopes plus better accuracy
12:43 for snipers how do you advise not getting left behind by the team? Maybe it’s bc I mostly play in beginner lobbies (bc I’m a beginner lol), but a lot of the time, if I’m using a sniper, I find myself having to choose between getting left behind or just giving up on scoping and either using the sniper like a shotgun or whipping out a melee weapon. Is it just a map knowledge thing? Do I need to be doing like a hopscotch thing where I try to get ahead a little bit, find a spot, camp out there til the team reaches then passes my spot, and then try to get ahead again? Or is it just a “nobody knows what they’re doing so it’s better to just pick something else” kind of deal?
happens to me too sometimes, i'd just try to run up alongside them once they start moving, you're sometimes effectively a shotgun in the backline while running backwards even though you're holding a sniper in beginner lobbies its a lot easier for people to rush, either because they're experienced and are just breezing by it, or because new players don't have too much of a concept of move forward, hold out a bit, move forward, hold out a bit because of the horde and 3x special timers yet, so they move forward because they know that's where they need to go anyways i'd still keep the sniper if you want to play the sniper either way because it can be used medium-short range as well. pulling out a melee will be helpful in this instance too
Sadly you cant set position for the bots also tank rock have 1 second of i frame , about witch stun it also work on other gun as well not just sniper rifle assuming if you able to land the head and shove the witch while doing it very effective if the witch near the wall
How to play expert solo with just bots would be great. Like How to manipulate they're AI to not be so 2009 AI or when to leave them behind and when to revive them when or if at all to heal them. Finding a first aid kit I'd usally try using mine on the lowest health member to ensure the others don't waste it on themselves or God forbid trying to heal me before I've gone down twice. Very very rare usually in safe rooms do i medkit myself without being B&W and only if they're is an extra kit or after clearing the first room or two going back to the safe room and camping until a horde spawn ends That and giving them adrenaline and pills whenever possible while keeping something for myself. I think I've got a decent strategy for health economy but I could always be doing something more. Friendly fire and flick shooting is absolutely my biggest problem. I don't think I've had a single game under double digits and I've been playing since like July 2010. It was my 13th birthday after it came out cause it was like November or September of 09? I played the first at a friend's house and got addicted. He'd go to sleep like 2am wake up like 9-10am and i hadn't gone to sleep in 26 hours. I've been been team whiped on easy because nick and Rochelle decided coach halfway across the map that got pounced was more important than me down in front of the mall run alarm that I got downed before I could shut off. They're like 90% picking me up and just left me literally for dead.

FYI, every shotgun can crown lol. On Realism Expert however, you can't crown witches.
yeah me and my friends learn that last part the hard way.
You can just solo melee her by jumping.
@@weep8726 Yes, but that's not crowning. That's a different thing entirely.
