You’ve been doing good on all your recent projects, don’t lose your focus on these cuts, just go for it and let the chips fall where they may.good video, keep it up 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Great job. At first when you hit that chunk of cement towards the end, I thought you might have bent the blade's. They are pretty tough, I didn't see any difference in the cut afterwards.
Greetings from Thailand! Never knew of these Mighty Munchie Machines til coming upon your vids. Utterly addicted now. Wonder whether they are as enjoyable to drive as they are to watch? (Btw, so appreciate NO music.)
I don't get why leaving that crap by the clothesline? But then again I don't get the non systematic mowing method. I cannot wait till I get my own mower and mulching head to clean up the farm with . The properties look so much better trimmed. It's either do it with machines or get some cows, a goat or two, fence them in and let them go.
I really love this attachment. They all are so cool. Just this one is more my size. Hahahaha! I dream! (Older single mother who wishes in her youth, she had got to work/drive big machinery.) But it just makes all of the over growth just literally disappear!
I used my covid stimulus check to buy a small riding lawn mower. I'm 73 I live on a corner and when people drive by they slow down to take a look at that gray hair lady tooling around on her little riding mower. I believe there's an opportunity for many women to be driving large equipment. We are ideally suited for that type of repetitious work. After all don't we clean every week and do laundry on a schedule cook meals and a schedule running a large piece of equipment and the ability to schedule your activity. So as a single mother if you have a daughter I would encourage her to learn how to drive as many of these pieces of equipment that she possibly can it will do her great benefit in the future.
@@kathleenegan8660 well...as you know how kids are these days...nothing I say is heard. She would laugh like crazy. She has NO desire, for my views.. but what she wants.
Great video Davin. Kind of funny that they demoed the house but left the old clothesline up, just in case they changed their mind maybe🤷🏻♀️🤣 Take care mate & cheers 🐨🦘🥰
You are doing an awesome job. I am curious about a few things. What is the cutting height of the blades from the ground? Do you have a contract with the city for the violations or do you bid on the job? Thanks again and take care.
OMG sooo much trash. That is the most I've seen in a long time not associated with a homeless encampment. You did a great job despite all the concrete.
come on people over 12,000 people watched it and you didn't like it give me a break. this guy deserves a thumbs up and a positive comment! and you know it. I don't know why people don't take one second just to hit the thumbs up?
That looks very inviting now. They can build a home and envision it on that lot. I laughed when I saw those clothes line poles. I have them in my yard. I still hang stuff out to dry. Only one other neighbor on our entire block has one. I still have my grandmothers ringer washer and she died in 1988. No rust and works like a charm. My neighbors did ask to use my clothes line a few times. I said sure. They washed sleeping bags and wanted them air dried for camping. I use my washer and dryer except for my sheets. I have never put them in a dryer. Even in the winter. I don't want that dryer smell plus you should smell them when they come off the line. Hotel quality. You think that land owner would just sell that lot if he wasn't going to maintain it. A house tore down on my block and I offered to buy the lot. He wanted $65,000 LOL, No way. Our street is a prime area but for a vacant lot, he's crazy. Oh,some don't sell because they don't want the cash at this time to have to declare it on in a tax year. Maybe they are waiting.
Why in the workd would anyone own this weed patch and subject themselves to bilks of over a thousand dollars for “maintenance”. Get a nice apartment in a great facility and enjoy life.
My ADHD is triggered when i see you reversing so much with the cutter raised up, its wasting time and money. why not turn around and cut on your way back just like mowing grass. if not perfect the first time then if required go over it a second time. ?
Hi, it's good oldfashioned property maintenance. That is what I like to watch...!
Old clotheslines remind me of my Moms backyard….nothing like sun dried laundry!

That was a really hard hit on the concrete! Hopefully no damage to the MTL. Excellent job! 👍👍
I don't care how good you are, you can never pull that lever fast enough when you hit some concrete. Nice job it looks good.
LOL that is a fact!!! Thank you!

I like watching what is in effect a basic job, as well as the more challenging ones. Good job again.
The lot is looking good.
Good vid made hundred times better. By not having music playing over it.
Nice slow mo on the rock hitting your tripod. Poor thing. Excellent work as always.
Beautiful job!
happy Sunday, Davin.
Keep grinding, stay hydrated

I've been watching yard/grass mowing videos. I didn't even know these machines existed.
i get poison ivy just watching your videos hahaha

Most amazing thing how one brick can be thrown and it'll hit the camera; like the camera is this huge thing just waiting to be hit. Amazing.
man that thing takes out wax myrtles like a ninja on steroids. quite satisfying to watch.
That flying rock hit the camera instead of a windshield. That Is a good day.
Good job and video brother. A fairly easy cleanup job for with the MTL & DEERE.

Your doing a great job, I enjoy watching you work. Just wondering have you mulched any big snakes.
Mows as good as a push gas mower!👍👍

Would you kindly explain why after moving forward you back up instead of continuing around the perimeter? Looks terrific!

Wandered what would happened if something was to hit the camera. Hopefully it only left a beauty mark. Great videos, thanks 😎
good evening...amazing .. can this machine use in tropical country ? thank you...from malaysia
Neat job.
Nice work. Be careful about parking in front of fire hydrants though. You might come back to smashed windows and a hose running through your cab.
Does your rig have a backup camera?

You are supposed to be knocking down tall grass, Not tripods LOL.
Why didn't you use big munchy on this property. It throw things rite in front of the machine?
I agree. Could have gotten the fence rows and trees a little cleaner.
I was dying for you to do that huge bush by the laundry posts
Good job ! question how do you get paid for them jobs?
man I'm glad I found your video cool as s*** you do one hell of a job man what is a job like that cost somebody?
Question: What did you do with the agave in the beginning of the video ?
Nothing. You can see it at the end of the video when he starts talking.
What was the thing you threw at us? :) Thank you and have a good day.
That's where that old asbestos filled house was, isn't it?
no mice?
💚👍👍👍
How much does a job like this cost?
Honestly this job would have gone a lot faster if "munchie" was in charge!
why when they demolished the house did they leave he clothes line posts and ill bet you got line wire wrapped round the shaft
A ventrac would work for you
NOT NEAR AS GOOD AS THAT it would help if he knew how to run that it took him 4 times longer than it should have
👍🏻❤️
Good video but I would have love to seen the mulcher eat all that
That city should really think about putting in a play ground/park instead of it just sitting there empty.
that rat didn't look happy, messing with his/her territory
I wondered if that was a rat or chipmunk. I think you are right....a big rat!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍
Myrtle beach 🤔

It’s a city violation stop trying to cut straight line and mow the 💩 down
TOOK THREE TIMES LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE KEEP THE BLADES IN THE BRUSH GO FORWARD YOUR WASTING GAS AND TIME

I try to limit pointing the cutter toward the road. It can easily pick something up and throw it and hurt someone or damage a car.
