Thank you!!!! There’s a popular movement to “cancel” the use of the term “elevé “ which is ridiculous, in my opinion. They insist , instead , on calling it a “rise”. How is this an improvement? Lol. I believe it’s the ABT curriculum which is cancelling “elevé “ ( please don’t shoot the messenger). I just discovered your channel & it’s excellent - searching for tutorials to send to my students for use at home.

I'm so tired of getting leg cramps when I wear them because I don't not wear them regularly. Someone recommended doing these exercises to help strengthen the muscles.
