Russia need only one thing that it shells Russia manufacturers 2.5 million shells per years it almost increased its capacity by 1/3rd. After war which still isn't enought to fullfill it's demand it need 4-5 lakh shells per month all that is comming from reserves. Otherwise north Korea has nothing to help Russia.
Even west has only 80k shells manufacturing capacity per month which is nothing compared to Russia. Usa can manufacture only 25k-30k shells per month even Indian make 80k-90k shells per month. It will be 130k by 2026
