The book covers need to include images that are actually within the interior, otherwise people will be disappointed not to be able to find them inside the book.

You should choose the black and white option for the coloring book if the interior is without color, otherwise, use standard interior.
What choice is there about the thickness of paper used in the book?
Paper quality is okay, however, no room for selection.
Where did you get the mockup of the coloring page on a desk?
I tried many mockup app, l can't obviously recall the app i used, except i watch the video lol...But you can use Canva, it's free too.
