- A quick video of our stay at the beautiful Shieldaig Lodge, Gairloch
This video was filmed during our 2 night stay.
It is in a beautiful location on a small bay. We watched seals play from the shore and the lodge.
The hotel is dog friendly
We stayed B/B and paid normal rates. We did eat in the hotels restaurant Loch View one night which we paid separately for.
This is a honest review

It was a lovely place to stay and so peaceful, on our walks around the grounds and surrounding area we never really saw anyone 😊
It worked keeping the bottles in the bath 🤣🤣🤣 we were able to sit looking out of the window with a nice cold drink 🥂

Now then guys. That is a Lodge I would like to spend time at. I would deffo be fishing for sure. Looked very good inside nicely kept. One to remember if we ever are up that way. Thanks for showing us around. 👍🏻🚶🏻♂️🚶♀️

Hi guys what a fantastic location really stunning. The view out the window was amazing could have sat looking out for ages. The bathroom was really good we liked those tiles. You were lucky to see the seal 🦭. The water was so calm in the morning great reflections. The bear and wellies are a great idea never seen that before. Dave would have enjoyed tasting the whisky. The location was perfect and the view out the room was amazing. Loved seating and looking at the window, great start to the morning watching the seals play whilst having a cup of tea ❤️

Not a chance you’ll see that seal 🦭 with the GoPro plus you will loose quality if you zoom in in the edit! Great room tour and hotel review 👍❤️

Accommodation looks ok! Nice views. One tip for you. Record in 4k then zoom in post edit. Always cool to see a seal! Big otter mate 😉 😅 have a great weekend 😃

I film with a GoPro, I too saw a seal whilst filming last week, had the pleasure of zooming it in editing, even in 4k the zoom is bad, probably the only bad thing I have to say about them to be honest.
