- Thanks for watching! What do you think about loafers in general? I know many, championed by the venerable Carl Murawski, absolutely HATE loafers! I'm in the opposite camp. I think they are classy and stylish and away to separate yourself in warmer months particularly.

About 10.5" or 27cm from edge of heel to longest toe. Hope that helps!

Thanks! Yep, unlined. Honestly, I think of you are OK living the sockless loafer love, you'd like how these feel. The kudu is soft and pliable and they haven't given me any blisters.
@@rockymtnstyleGood to know! Just subscribed for future videos. I also had a question about sizing. I think we’re about the same size. You’d said you sized down by a half a size after adjusting for the UK scale. Would these feel too big without sizing down?
I have a pair of boots from this company, and man, they were tough to break, but the quality is really good.

Thanks! Yeah - loafers are quite the rabbit hole. As soon as I started wearing them and seeing pics of myself when I had 'em on, I was sold. They are undeniably cool and classy if you pull 'em off the right way in a casual outfit, in my opinion!
I'm not a loafer on the job or my feet. However these shoes look pretty good and appear comfortable.

Great unique look on these, and IMHO Kudu is a particularly good leather for casual loafers.

Yeah, pretty sure characterhoodnessity is neigh a word or whate'er, but I think some the kudu leathers the companies dye them dark to cover some blemish marks and things, whereas the bovine hides they usually just make those black to pass off the crummy ones for same price and all that. Others seem to concur what I suspected for long time, anyway.
Seems weird if someone was to try and dye kudu darker to cover blemishes when that's generally what is the cool part about the leather! At least it is for me... happy with all the blemishes and craziness on these!
@@rockymtnstyle I don't know if it was intentional, but I got those Grant Stone Forest kudu boots and the green is almost black enough that it made me wonder.

Hard not to lean towards Grant Stone. I have two of their suede loafers (storm and coral) and they are amazing. Can't imagine anyone else being much better. But I'm also impressed with this Meermin so I could see giving them a try in suede.
