its honestly so nostalgic for me to watch someone make cake pops, my mom used to be a baker and she would take cake pop orders online and i would sit in the kitchen after school watching her make them. she still makes cakes for me and my siblings birthdays but she doesn't do it as a job anymore
@@marcierdei706 well that's kinda how you're supposed to make them lol. but as well as cake pop orders she also did regular birthday cakes for children, any scraps that she had cut off from the big cake she'd use for the pops, so it wouldn't go to waste. if she needed extra cake to finish up the batch she'd choose a pan the right size, bake the cake flavor and then form the crumbled cake into the pops.
You can always buy an cakepop maker there are little half circles and you put the cake batter in then you let them cool off in the freezer then put chocolate on the stick and put it in the cakepop then let that dry and dip them in chocolate and let the chocolate dry then there Done( another way)
So I suggest after you roll to put them in the fridge so they cool down or the can start falling off the stick. There are molds that are designed to make cake pops so use that and it will save ur life. Another think is try mixing the cake and frosting by hand. I don’t want people saying that I’m trying to tell them what to do and that I need to keep my opinions to myself and all this other crap, I have my own cake pop business with my mom and it’s a really good one. Ik how to do this stuff and especially cake pops. I may be 12 years old but I’ve been doing cake pops since I was very little and now my mother and I turned it into a business 😁

The game changer thing to do with cape pops is do not add too much icing or it will be mushy and chewy. Also throw it in the freezer for a bit before you add the chocolate candy melt. Trust me it will make the texture of the cake balls so much better!
