My plan was to watch this evening as I missed the upload due to it being 2am when it was uploaded. Well I couldn't wait it out so I watched it this morning. What a truly bittersweet story , one of my favourites so far. I believe in reincarnation , it gives me some hope life as we know it doesn't end when we expire and there is something for us all after according to how you lived and treated others in this life determines what lies ahead after this life. Yes! I was reading about something called "soul groups" in reincarnation. Basically, groups of people - like family, soul mates, maybe even animals??...stay together as a group. It was such a beautiful but emotional thing to read about 😊

I have my void kitty Onyx in my arms :) Funny thing, my mother thinks I am her mother reincarnated. Physically I am a carbon copy of her, you can take pics of us around the same age and even my own parents can't tell who is who. Mom doesn't really have much memory of her mom because she passed when she was really little but my great aunt says I am a lot like her. She lived from sometime in the 30s or 40s to early in the 70s, so she's definitely lived in a different time so some things are obviously a bit different but my great aunt says if my grandma had lived closer to my time we would be basically identical.

Honestly, we only have the parents' word that the coincidences happened. We have the doctor's evidence that they are identical twins that are not identical, but that's it. I knew a family of 4 boys, Jesse who was about 6 years older than me, Richard who was about 3 years younger than me and twins Frank and Fred who were my age. But they didn't look alike at all, instead Frank, who was the older twin, looked just like their oldest brother Jesse and Fred, who was the younger twin, looked just like Richard who was the younger of the two older brothers. And the resemblance wasn't just physical, there's quite the list of similarities between them. It's funny because the two oldest were total opposites and so were the twins but the older brother/one twin pairs were so alike. Twins actually don't have identical DNA. Even though they became two persons from one cell, during pregnancy cells that their bodies are built from constantly proliferates and DNA mutates then. Besides there is something called gene expression, which means that from the same recepe you can make both one large cake or multiple small muffins ;) The same DNA -> different expression -> different features.
