Shiv in that dress tho... one of best plots of the season
The storytelling there was so captivating
She kills it every outfit she wears. I love how curvy she is.
That Shiv and Caroline convo was my highlight of the episode. I see where Caroline's coming from and I feel how Shiv was hurt and contemplating at the same time..
The fact that Logan goes for the jugular and brings up the dead kid was so brutal. But he’s right in a way. He covered up his son killing someone because he does love him in his own twisted way.
It was the perfect retort to Kendall thinking he is a good person.
It's how Logan's always been. He HAS to have something over them, he has to control them and they can't ever be their own people. And Kendall's got the worst of the worst hanging over him
No no, he did it to hold it over Kendall. So that he could f*ck Stew and Sandy. Logan is diabolical.
I highly doubt that I thought it was just a way for Logan to difuse Kendall's coup and get him back under complete control at the same time. I can't decide if Logan is a genius or just the worst person/father ever.
You really think it's because he loves his son? Every kind gesture from Logan is about control. He covered up that accident, got Kendall be his dog for whole season AND he saved the company reputation, until the Lester case come up. Nothing Logan does is out of love, he will tell that bs to the kids, but what he truly does is controlling them. .aking them comoletely dependend on him. If it's twisted it's not love.
This delusion is why so many people fall for the wrong person when you believe love can be twisted. Just remember when it becomes twisted it's no longer love, it's ego and control.
This killed me 15:23 😆Kieran did a great job on that uncomfortable body language!! So awkward to watch that scene 😆
There's no other way Kendall could have negotiated that because it wasn't Logan's idea in the moment. He'd never let his kids walk away from him, he's a narcissist. Nobody else gets to play with his toys.

Logan did offer to cash Kendall out in the previous episode, though (the card on the b-day), so I'm not sure his refusal in the end is the indication of Kendall not having enough leverage. It's about what Caroline said: "He never saw anything he loved and he didn't wanna kick it just to see if it'd still come back".
That's a good perspective, u could be right but also Kendall did come out so venerable even he mentioned that he can't be as skilled as his dad so logan knew Kendall didn't have the fire anymore to oppose his father and he refused so Kendall would grovel more perhaps. And obviously logan would enjoy that.
I can't believe you guys skipped the part where Logan has Kendall's son try his food.

YES. Kendall was drowning in the final scene of the episode. Many thought that was his death scene.

If you pay attention throughout the show Kendall and water is a recurring symbolism after s1e10. It's used to show how he's feeling at the time.
Just in the previous Episode (Ken's B'day). Logan offered 2 Billion and told him to F-k ff. Ken came to take the offer (after falling back into depression) but Logan CANNOT have any of his kids outside his control.
Yes. Ken is a spoilt person. But if anyone is saying that he's on the same level as Logan, who abused his kids (physically and mentally) dehumanized them and his employess, cheated on all his 3 wives, and since Ken started the Bear Hug in s1e10 has not been able to get out of it despite being the best (which he isn't, not anymore).
If anyone is saying that Ken is on same level as Logan, then we didn't watch the same show.

@@LordTywinLannistertheBasedI really don’t agree with the idea that he killed the waiter. It’s important to the story that he FEELS that way, but rewatching the scene it was the kid who was high out of his mind and swerved the steering wheel into the lake after seeing the doe. Kendall even went back under the water to try to grab him but couldn’t find his body since it was pitch black. Obviously this doesn’t erase his overwhelming sense of guilt but I wouldn’t call it straight up objective murder. Irresponsible for sure though

In a show full of everyone who's terrible, Caroline might be the worst one. Logan, in his own sick and twisted way loves his children...Caroline (to me at least) doesn't.
Also, I love that Roman's high on being Logan's "favourite" blows up in his face completely. They all get too ahead and then they mess it up: season 1 Kendall thinking he's the new CEO, season 2 Shiv when Logan "promised" her the top job and Roman in this episode. Like Jaby said, they're just so childish
