- Featuring the best and funniest moments, witty put-downs, stinging insults and strangely touching moments of honesty of the show's 3rd season. Feast upon this video of the greatest lines from the HBO series Succession (Season 3).
Apologies if I've forgotten a lot of your favorite lines, English is not my first language so sometimes witty lines might go over my head. So yeah, I apologize for that.
You did a good job thank you!!!
Its a great compilation my dude
this compilation is fantastic and hilarious 😂
I mean... you got 'belligerent zucchini'. Your English can't be that bad..!
I'm sitting on the toilet right now literally shitting my self from laughing ... so thank you for this. 😂🍻✊🏻
Tom's "Greg, you're one plane crash away from being Europe's weirdest king." was not included, but overall a great compilation
"You better get in there. If roman marries her, he'll invade france."
@@TylonMonger this is my favorite quote
"Prove it" made me laugh out loud
"Who said I never killed anyone?" with the smile after... just amazing. You can see his mind slipping!
Kendall’s mania is super relatable
JUICE IS LOOSE BABY
Slaying the house down!
@@MisterRawgers "Kendall's mania is super relatable" I love this line
Not to be pretentious and annoying but I think Greg’s “what am I gonna do with a soul anyways” line is actually one of the most tragic in the series. It truly completes the arc of Greg into a Roy in a way that feels so cynical because of the naïveté of Greg’s character.
Unless we consider that Greg was never really truly naive when it came to doing dirty work and always trying to work both sides to gain favor (eg in the first season when hes trying to appease both Roman and Siobhan by getting/not getting the documents)
@@bkimatab even in the first episode he lies to his mum, how he leaks the cruise scandal to gerri, and in general uses his lineage to get himself a job. He’s always been manipulative, opportunistic and power hungry
I kind of have the same reading as OP though, but I feel it’s more like he’s finally giving up the pretence of having “principles” and being less awful than the roys rather than him actually losing his naivety and morals. I don’t think he ever really had them in the first place, he just liked to think he did
@@bkimatabIndeed. I don’t get the argument that Greg was corrupted from a morally good person into what he became. He was always grabbing at money and power.
"They're both in interior design, they're unemployed." hurt me too much
she delivered that blow impeccably
The grinning, slightly tipsy delivery of that line was incredible.
She's so excited to say it.
"Stop projecting your memories on to me" such a good line
“I’m worried about prison. I just feel that because of my physical length I could be a target for all kinds of misadventure.” - Greg
"A better time? Not for all" - man, the delivery on that is impeccable.
Let it be known that Connor Roy IS the Eldest Son. And that he was always interested in politics from a young age
Best UA-cam comment I’ve seen
I love the double speak and use of language in this show, it’s very aware of how humans speak and how they also can say so much without saying ANYTHING. So much of the show is about the power of words or the uselessness of them and I think the best hint to this theme is “words are just,,,nothing. Complicated airflow.”
Ya we all watched that nerd writer video years ago. Got any other unoriginal ideas andy?
@@dirkdiggler. lmao true, it did definitely make me notice it more but I saw it after I watched season 3 and during that I was picking up on a lot of it, but that’s a valid reply.
And they're not politically correct! Soo good
Much ado about..... something
@@dirkdiggler. Lmao half of youtube get their comment ideas off of other videos
"I'm the only one who's allowed to be nasty to Frank" kind of sweet.
In his very Logan-ish sort of way😂
Tom realizing that Greg's conception of moving up in the world is having his own Greg was such a feel good moment #twentygregs
whoever thought of “he’s bootleg ross with a daddy complex” deserves a raise
Watching these out of context make them so much more funny
right ! it's so funny
5:36 explains alll the stuff of shipping these 2 i have seem on twitter lol
The "Super Majority" spaz out that Logan did was probably the most hurtful thing he could've said to Shiv.
Yeah I honestly found that part to be sad and scary more than funny.
@@SwimmingRobot Really broke down her whole viewpoint
its humiliating. my dad used to do that a lot so it hit hard haha
right? that was just evil
nah he called her a coward in s1
"You don't have to say 'No comment', you just don't comment"
Greg’s southern accent LMAO
Conner saying “I want some suck suck….” Is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on the. He has so many good one liners
Greg asking if there’s an affectionate way to sue a grandparent 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
“Dance of the sugar plum failure” isn’t getting enough love
Agreed!!!!! I choked laughing when I heard that the first time.
Still wondering if it's possible to sue someone in an affectionate way.
“There he is, the panick-meister. Cooking up his sweaty spaghetti.”
“THE BUTTER IS TOO COLD” one of the best lines from Connor Roy 😂😂😂
Dinner rolls are ripping as we speak !!
😂
Con heads love this
"Cancer of the career" is absolutely fucking hilarious.
“I’m the only one who’s allowed to be nasty. Nobody’s allowed to be nasty.” Logan in his UTI delusioned state still aware of how villainous he is
"Prove it"...
Tom & Greg are the best!
A very even handed maiden indeed.
🤣🤣
connor’s eldest son supercut killed me
“Dance of the Sugar Plum Failure” is the greatest insult of all time.
My man Ruck turning into Dennis Reynolds with "I AM THE ELDEST SON!" Priceless.
Frank: "We will be hearing from our chief financial officer but before that, a little further adieu." That panicked little laugh 🤣🤣🤣 Bless his slimeball heart 🤣
Ado*
Little lord fuckleroy😂😂
The series has these subtle moments, and they want me to believe it's a drama series and not a comedy series? Excuse me, but they also use the little camera zooms like in the office or park and recs, it's so subtle it makes me so happy, whyyy
This show is a masterpiece in the making. Absolutely love everything about it.
It's made. It's here. Just look at the Mona Lisa sitting on your front step.
The eldest son was interested in politics from a young age (which was older than all of his siblings)
Greg is by far the most underrated character on this show. Love him.
It's like Afghanistan, you have to start in the center there, establish a base of operations and move out to secure more territory 😭😭
Gregs inability to banter gives me life
me an empath, sensing that connor is the eldest son
"Getting his nail done? Asshole whitened?" 😂😭
"dance of the sugar plum failure" followed by an evil giggle 😭😭😭
“ur not wanted ur not wanted” “like he hasn’t heard that enough in his life”😭😭
God, kendall roy is so iconic mama slay the boots house down
Rotten Cabal is INDEED a good name for a band lol
Roman’s “Jimmy f*ck corn & I don’t care” caught me off guard and made me laugh out loud. You probably needed to know the original song of “Jimmy crack corn.” They do occasionally reference stuff only us oldies remember.
"panic meister cooking up his sweaty spaghetti" is the most underrated line on the show
Only thing that reminds of the fact that this show is fiction and acting is the aspect that every single one of them has such perfect comebacks without a flinch!
even if "hey dude. hope youre good. just checking in. any update on the burning?" isnt a dialogue line, its the funniest text i think ive ever seen.
Man some lines in the show are so fucking funny. Kendall's delivery when he tells Greg "this is the worst coke I've ever had" in s2 is hilarious
you missed the best one bro
"We Just Walked in on Mom and Dad Fucking Us"
Everytime I see Frank I just think to myself "This guy got fired and rehired like 6 times on the entire show and 1 of them was offscreen" and burst out laughing 😂😂😂
The fact that this video is exactly 8 minutes is so satisfying
There should be a show with just Tom, Greg and Roman.
Remake The Lighthouse but with them in the place of the wickies. Those three on an isolated rock with nothing to do but drink is a recipe for fascinating chaos.
Ah, a fellow Greg enjoyer. Great video, I might have to show a couple minutes of this to my friends to get them to watch succession. You should definitely do this for the other seasons if you have the time
Succession, Game of Thrones, Sopranos. The holy trinity of HBO.
7:13 should have left in the line about him being one plane crash away from royalty
The new season was SO good!!! Great selection here haha So pumped for S04!
Like most people I think I want to kill Greg LOL
Wittiest writing I have ever witnessed
Belligerent zucchini needs to be worked into upcoming disparaging comments
Who said i never killed anyone ?
Ohh man 😄
the juice is loose baby
I love this show, and especially Shiv.
Agamemnon strikes again. 🙇🏽♂️ “Kings did not kneel before Achilles”
Brilliant!
I miss this show.
I think I owe it to my country… Greg is to funny
“I’m… sturdy. I’m a sturdy birdy.”
“Hell yeah. Say it three times before the cock crows, brother.”
(Visible confusion) “c-cock-a-doodle-do!”
you fucking got it right....good work!
“Who said I never killed anyone” crazy…
What Greg wants, Greg must have
thus
Greg will have 20 Gregs.
great montage
What are the optics here?
That impression at the end kills me every time
Best show ever
I like the part where Conner says he’s the eldest son
Cool edit btw.
Relevant Donuts!
every time dasha comes on it's like a jumpscare
bootleg ross with a daddy complex lmaooo
I don’t know if anyone caught it, but Connor is the eldest son. Wasn’t really emphasized before this season
Jesse Armstrong is the goat
Logan imitating shiv lmaoo😂
Different times indeed. Better times? N-not for all.
No no no no no.. What Greg wants.... Greg must have.
I don't know how you guys did it in the 60s... Good times. Good times. Better times. Not for all though.
You missed one of my favorites from Shiv "We just walked in on mom and dad fucking us". It was a very serious and sad moment, but it just slices through perfectly between her, Roman, and Kendall.
Greg was a goofball.. very hard to take him serious
“Prove it!”
Where is "because of my physical length, I feel I may be a target for all sorts of misadventure"
Succession is the only show that beats Veep when it comes to brutal creative insults.
The Thick of It is pretty brilliant.
they say procrastination is a lack of empathy for your future self. well whatever the hell Greg is is a lack of empathy for your past self
I am not familiar with that IP
Tom and Greg 😂❤❤❤❤❤
amazing video lol im cracking the fuck up!!!
Good meme’age and so forth
You better get in there, if roman marries her,he will invade France.
This show is incredible. So dysfunctional.
All good. Yeah. We good? right? No. Yeah. I mean no but yeah….
These are the lines I can remember clearly!
Prove it!
i miss
@6:36 is the exact moment Connor decided to screw over his siblings (it wasn't tom).
Nice theory but idk
Conor didn't know
@@user-oq4yk1xd7d Roman calls him in the car on the way to lower the boom. Mind you it changes nothing for Connor since Caroline isn't his mother.
@@ericperu1542 It's not Connor. It's Greg. It's always been Greg. I can't love him now, after 3 seasons, you see his 'Labrador puppy with too many treats' for the charade it is. He manipulated Tom into believing he's got a friendship there, when its just control and lies. Just look back at every opportunity Greg is given, he takes every single one. I hope to hell in S4 Greg doesn't throw Tom to the wolves because he's the most fragile soul there and I'd hate to see Tom hurt even more, who can take so much abuse?
Everything that comes out of Greg's mouth makes me want to spit take
better times? not for all
