You set your price, she accepted, you did the job, and walked away with a happy customer, and payment instead of just walking away. Her reaction was mine just after the first seat. Great job.
One of your very best videos. This was a great comparison of hot machine extraction versus the P&S dry extraction method. I use both methods and find the P&S method is a little faster. When you add-in the time to clean the extractor and put away the hose and power cords this adds time to the job.
I have been using the P&S system with great results along with a hot water extractor. It does take a few to many steps though. If the Ice works just as well and takes less time than I need to change my operating procedure. Thank you for a very good video!
As a person that uses both, it’s no competition when it comes to Bio break. I use hot water and a quarter scoop of oxy clean in my pump sprayer and have had great results. My P&S 3 step just sits on the shelf and I use it for light soiled seats. Good stuff as well. Love the video
I agree. I don’t have a MyTee extractor but I have a bissell wet vac. I use the P&S system and steam and suck up the moisture and stains. Works great so far. Nice video.
For professional use at a shop or mobile, definitely the Flex with the extractor, but if you are mobile only then without having to carry an extractor on a vehicle that isn't a van then the P and S 3 system. That's how I would sort it out😜
I love flex. I use the dry method with it as much as I can. Dry Method: Pre-spray with bio break/ Citrus then ice to neutralize and finish using microfiber towels; no extraction and it works just as good without extraction which leaves the seats less wet. ** Can you try that out vs the wet method with the Flex product in a video? I think it would be very interesting for viewers to try both methods using the same product.
I think the seats both turned out pretty good on both products. And that's alot for me cuz I'm not a p and s fan. But it looks like it tackled the staining pretty well. I knew the Flex would make a difference no matter what.
Good video. I use the p&s system. I run an extractor or shop vac after the 1st 2 steps , b4 the finisher is done. Another product that I found that works really well is norwex powder laundry detergent. 2 table spoons to a qt of water. Works great on headliners , fabric, carpet as well as solid surfaces.
Love your videos man, I'm a P&S guy personally and would like to try these other chems. But I NEED TO KNOW, where did you get your hat made at? looks cool and did you dunk it in water at one point? I do that with brimmed hats on hot days. maybe the Texas heat. but it looks awesome w your logo
Carlos, nice vid! I have a question I noticed the drill you were using, do you recommend it for drill brushing the interiors? Looks like it did fine. A lot of reviews say it’s very underpowered. What’s your thoughts? Thank you.
Fantastic video Carlos. Great results from both products. For myself personally they both work great. I prefer the bio break and flex Ice as you said with the P&S you are looking depending how soiled the seats are around 20 min a seat. I am not GOATED like you in interiors so for me maybe 30 minutes a seat with the P&S system. With the Flex system 15-20 max minutes a seat. Also in the long run it’s super affordable we do a lot of interiors as well and my bio break is now 1 year and a half in same with ICE. It’s super economical if you’re a business not so much a DIYer. For the stay at home weekend warrior I’d say go for the P&S and for the premium or professional Flex. 💪💪💪
Have you ever tried ZAP IT by superior products ? I used it the other day on light colored seats like the ones you just did. - used zap it - agitated - sprayed a little bit of flex ice all around with a zep bottle - dried with tornador Done ! Have you ever tried zap it ?
What tool are you using with a drill brush? I noticed sometimes I have difficulty reaching some places with traditional drill. This one is a low profile and would definitely help sometimes.
Los I believe you coul achieve the same result without an extractor using P &S. What do you think? It may take an extra 30 to 40 minutes but at least you’re saving on the drying time. What’s your experience not using an extractor with badly stained seats?👍
Despues de empezar con p&s hace 2 años vi tu video de flex lo compre y 🎉🎉🎉 menos tiempo y lo uso para lavar alfombras d casa, sillones tapes de casa gracias x instruirnos Jefe
Definitely both work very well. Flex is definitely more premium in the sense that I’d see this used in a shop. P&S still premium but you don’t need the extractor. Something I’d expect more in a mobile setting. Carlos you have me going back to the Hawk Pro days!
Nice review Carlos. I have been wondering how these two products (P&S vs. the FLEX products) would do against each other. I know that you and also Chelsea over at her channel swear by the FLEX products. I think I am going to give those a shot and see how they do. I've tried the P&S and they work great too, but the FLEX has gotten a lot of positive eviews also. Those MAROLEX pump sprayers are awesome units. One of the best (if not, THE BEST) pump sprayers in the world. I like how you show that you only need a few tools to get the job done and don't need a bunch of fancy electric pump sprayers and all these other accessories. With a simple brush or cheap drill brush attachment, along with some great quality products and possibly a $150 extractor, you can get stellar results. A lot of people have the home use Bissell carpet machines, most of which come with the upholstery attachment. I've used those type machines in the past with great results. I also have used the Bissell "Little Green" machines over the years and have gotten great results with those just to extract out as much of the grime as possible by just extracting with very warm to hot water (usually with very warm water, not hot enough to not damage the unit) and that method works fantastic.
To be fair, the P&S did a really good job. My only problem is, where did the dirt go? Some of it would be mopped up with the microfibre cloth, but the rest of the dirt would have sunken into the foam of the seat. I would guess that the passenger seat will get dirty quicker than the drivers seat as that dirt makes its way back to the surface as people sit on it.
I've been thinking about switching to the flex line for awhile, but was questioning if I can should get the flex fire vs the bio break. Is one better than the other?
@@serranosmobile thank you sir! Very much appreciated. I almost pulled the trigger literally last night on the fire and ice and saw this! Appreciate the videos man
What is that polisher your using? I like that with brush instead of drill like I have… the drill is awkward that seems it would be more organic like when polish paint
As long as you have the correct process. Soak… (chemical) agitate…. Heat….. Wipe or extract it’s going to get a lot of it out. Chemical in my opinion doesn’t even freaking matter. It’s the process. But what do I freaking know 🤷♂️ God bless buddy keep doing the Lords work. 😇
I just used a happy tree extractor vac attachment, on a rigid 4hp an it sucked up a lot of liquid on a rug test. Like for 14$ I was surprised how easily it worked

How does Flex Fire compare to Biobreak with regard to how nice it conditions the fabrics? And cleaning power?
Flex fire is a booster to be paired with flex citrus, and that goes in extractor, which also functions as neutralizer
