In Zardy's Maze, there is a challenge mode with 7 sequential challenges. However, the player can fully customize a challenge to fit their skill set. However, similar to FNAF's Ultimate Custome Night 50/20 mode, I decided to let players push the game to the limit. With Zardy, Pumpkin Jack, Cablecrow, Brute, Rattler and Drought set all to max alongside with a random, 5 vine maze... The community dubbed "True Foolhardy" challenge was set in stone. A max difficulty mode that I thought was impossible... Until one skilled player proved me wrong.

What an honor for a fan to get a shout-out video by the creator of the game himself for being the first person beating the challenge! I always like it when creator and community get together to celebrate or exchange a certain event, be it with stuff like content-contribution or fun project like these. Hope this one isn't the last of its kind!

When you create a super difficult challenge, someone is eventually going to beat it.
OG 20/20/20/20? Earliest victor that I know is Bigbugz.
50/20? Rhemery beat Dawko to it.
Geometry Dash's BloodBath? People have started to beat that one. Same for it's much harder remake.
True Foolhardy? Nephryte scored the victory.
Just saying. BB's greatest Victory WAS its verification. Because yes. Making the level makes it easier. But the difficulty was weirdening more.

Zardy’s is honestly a masterpiece. Enemies are sick, it’s terrifying as hell, it’s a fun challenge, gameplay is simple and intuitive, overall a great game. Hope the world and story of Zardy continues to grow

What'd be insane is if you found a way to give other players control over the scare crows
That alone could create a whole new level of challenge, which would be balanced maybe by allowing multiple maze runners as well, but the option of trying to solo run against over 20 enemy players all gunning for you with their only restrictions being the rules they have to play by would create an insane degree of difficulty to overcome
Some games are "balls-to-the-walls" difficult.
Zardy's Maze is "balls-splattered-all-over-the-walls" difficult.

I'm not gonna try for this challenge but gosh darnit I'm gonna beat this game, it's such a work of art, I'm glad I got it, though it's years later and Zardy's Maze 2 is coming out, but better late than never. I love the atmosphere the graphics and instead of getting upset at the jump scares like FNAF caused me, they make me laugh at myself. Thanks for making this game.

I would actually LOVE Zardy's Maze even MORE if it has a certain LORE in it. I know making the lore of the game is hard ( ive been there like making a lore ) but like wouldnt it be better to Zardy's maze actually has a dark backstory in it other than just you whacking weeds, avoiding enemies and leaving the maze. Id look forward more if you guys updated Zardy's Maze doe its still a pretty nice game.

seems the roblox loomian legacy devs actually made their minigame for the 2021 Halloween event based on this game, with the enemies being
nevermare: based on zardy, can be only avoided by running past sharp corners, or for risk takers, juking.
event protogon/withered protogon: basically pumpkin crawlers but you die instantly when you walk into the laser
ursoul: I don't know what it's based on here but I guess crawlers?
there's also colored faces in the corn sometimes but sadly they can't be taken down like corn stalkers, so it's probably an easter egg
the exit is also similar to this but blue ring and sign with exit
pretty cool easter egg to this game and yes ik this is unrelated but still funny
