Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, Perth in Western Australia (it can be difficult to get a fly in fly out if you're on a working holiday Visa, but if you're a permanent resident or a kiwi, they're screaming for people) Mount Isa Queensland and Cobar New South Wales (and the surrounding areas Parks, Orange, Dubbo all have big mines surrounding them looking for people) Just make sure that you know what you're getting yourself into before you drive out to one of these towns. Over the years I've watched lots of people drive to Kalgoorlie, fail spectacularly and have to drive home because they didn't know what they were getting themselves into It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about the training because it teaches you all the good stuff and the bad stuff that you need to know about the industry.
