I worked at a kindergarten out in Kimitsu for 10 years and would often catch the aqualine bus to go home (much faster than going all the way around the bay by train). Good times.

Certainly, the aqua line is the shortest route connecting Chiba and Kanagawa, so you can move faster than a train.
I think the view of Tokyo Bay from the bus was wonderful!
