This was one of his albums that I bought before I knew anything about it. I got caught by the “Avalon Sunset “ Album, and just started to get as many albums of his that I could. Enlightenment is my favourite, but most of his stuff is just class 👍👍.
This one really tugs at the heart. I listened to it over and over longing way back . . . longing. And now he's come and gone. Cancer does that, doesn't it? It takes your love away . . . till another place and time. 🌟
Love your discribing of the album. For me it is definitly on off my top ten record together with Astral Weeks. There is an atmosfere in it hardly to describe a lonelynes in it. But it is so attractive and sometimes very warm. Fair play (to you) like hé is lost in honesty.
