I love that you talked about indigenous agricultural practices. Thanks for mentioning the bay area land initiative with the Ohlone. California's $50 billion agricultural sector supplies two-thirds of the country's fruits and nuts and more than a third of America's vegetables - I'm grateful for indigenous people of this land whose land practices we now benefit from. A ho.
Have been to Peru and Machu Picchu. It is magical, powerful and super spiritual place. I'm still nurturing myself from this experience! This whole fungi thing and regenerative agriculture is also a topic I'm into...so passionate about it, too! :) Thank you for this podcast! Greetings from Germany, Philipp
Thank you so much for helping spread this information! Its up to the people to change the cycle and thru community, we will have a fighting chance! Best wishes to you and please dont stop your mission!!! Lots of love 💚💚💚
We're the initiative Nat mentions at 25:24 and we'd love to make some shorts and reels of this interview. Could we access the original files so we have high-quality footage to work with?
Thanks so much for this super informative and enlightening podcast. Have you heard of the West Virginia farmer, Joel Salatin, and his sustainable farming practices? Also, I couldn't help but think the power to heal the societal problems lies in the hands of the consumer and the electorate. No matter how dedicated a CEO would like to be, choosing a less profitable strategy goes against the public companies main objective. Only as consumers Increase the demand of the appropriate products and the electorate increase the demand for the appropriate politicians, will we see change. But it does give me hope that we live in a country where the consumer and the voters have the freedom to choose. Just my opinion.
