I loved this interview on so many levels. I never "owned" a diagnosis of MS 10 years ago and I was determined to learn any and all alternative woo woo practices to heal my mind, body and spirit with no looking back. Thank you both for this uplifting interview ❤

I do believe as I've seen how people can be connected, in synchronicity, with my american partner and I as a Japanese, living in different countries, we have identical objects, and stories that coincide so much! We even shar ones pain...It's unbelievable...

My favorite podcast yet! Dr Hamilton and you touched on SO MANY valuable points. I love how he mentioned service to others as being a healing approach to depression. That just clicks. I'm excited to check out his new book. Thank you TONS Kelly

I loved hearing his perspective in the Heal Documentary as someone who got into the field to cure cancer. I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer two months ago after a year of testing and seeing different doctors. I am choosing my health instead of surgery and radiation. I completely agree with not "owning it". It's not MY Cancer. I'm not inviting it to Thanksgiving diner to meet my family like last years boyfriend. I've given Lumpy(the tumor) an eviction notice and its not coming back. Being diagnosed has been the greatest gift I've had. I've removed everything out of my life that doesn't serve me and finally starting living and it feels AMAZING. I'm truly grateful for the life I live :) Thanks for another great interview!

I first learned of the mind-body connection through Dr. John Sarno "the back doctor" (as he was named) many years ago. He was a rehabilitation physician at New York University and one of the (of most recent times) pioneers to make the connection between body pain and the mind's interpretation of it and the realization that we can, in fact, relieve our pain through mind. He's written a few books one of which is titled "The Divided Mind". Dr. Sarno believed our brain uses pain to distract us from experiencing negative emotions. He studied and treated people over a 60-year span. He passed in 2017 at the age of 94. I lived his philosophy several years ago while suffering from back pain. I have not had any back issues since. Now....I'm trying to overcome issues resulting from a total knee replacement. It's interesting because my energy healer and my reflexologist (going the holistic route this time versus the surgeon's suggestion to "go back in to fix this") both said to me "have you accepted this knee as your own"? Wow, that hit me hard and true! I appreciate your philosophy Dr. Hamilton and will be incorporating your techniques and theories to heal my knee. Thank you.

Every time I listen, I can only hear you through left headphones. I don’t have the issue with any other channels. Just thought I would mention it in case others have the same issue.

Hospitals should have more outside areas, ive watched mulitple family members go in hospital sit in a white washed roomm with grey stuff and minimal light left in bed and decline, but when ive got them up put them in a chair and took them outside on the front they isntantly improve mentally and visiually.
i work in a hospital and i see so many people just shoved in a bed in the corner and unfortunately the majority of them get worse by the time they leave or the decease

Please fix your audio. I continue to see interesting guests on this podcast and add to my playlist, but then when it plays only on the left, it hurts my head and i quickly switch to the next podcast. I normally wouldn't comment but it seems like you are doing great things here and I hate to see you hinder yourself over such a fixable thing.
