Just for an update, as of 2023 the 6 is now a 3-channel amp. Still great. A nice review but it sounds even better in real life. There’s quite a bit piezo sound in this video (probably just a matter of recording to UA-cam as he states) but I don’t get that in mine.

I have a beautiful Taylor 914 just like the one you have in this video but mine is a sunburst, just ordered this amp after seeing this video as it sounds amazing. And I trust your view when it comes to sound and quality. Great review 👏 The one I have just ordered is 130watt and as three channels so I think it must be an update.
Hi, I recently bought the model "Acus Simon-6T Wood" and I'm very happy with the guitar sound indeed. When I connect a microphone to one of the channels, the voice of the singer also sounds very good and clear. However, when playing guitar (e.g. channel 2) and and singing (e.g. channel 1) at the same time, when the singer sings loud (which stills sounds very good on it's own), the accompanying guitar sound is being attenuated quite distinctively. Any hints how to adjust the settings to avoid this?
Does it have "wobbly knobs"? I have a fishman loudbox mini and maybe want to upgrade to Acus one for strings 8 or a Fishman Loudbox Performer but I have OCD for any kind of wobbly knobs, the knobs on my loudbox are rock solid.

Hi Frederic, to use a fx pedal chain, you have to connect the guitar inside the fx input and put fx output into the amplifier instruments input. At this time we have a send/return IO in our Acus One forstrings 8 on channel 3 : www.acus-sound.it/en/prodotti/acus-one-forstrings-8.html

That plastic sound is the dreaded b string at the 5th to 7th fret on the Taylor ES pickup system. I have a Taylor 814ce with ES1 pickup and every amp gives me this. Drives me crazy. I installed a K&K pickup and it's perfect. No b string metalic sound. My Martin with a under saddle pickup never had any problems.
Hi, all demos and reviews for this amp focus on the guitar. I want good vocal sound too so if anyone cant tell me how the vocals sound I would appreciate it.
some jazz guitar players they use hollow body guitars with Acus amps to have an electro acoustc sound The solid body guitars cannot give you a typical smooth jazz guitar sound but for sure a clear and tube like sound increasing the middle and decreasing treble and bass. Pick ups as Seymour Duncan, Di Marzio paf or Gibson are the most suggested...

BOUGHT ONE OF THESE TODAY. LORDY LORDY, FABULOUS AMPLIFIED SOUND, BREEDLOVE C23 THROUGH IT AND IT IS JUST HEAVENLY.
