How many kilograms does it weigh?
@@user-pt6fm4wf4z não assistiu o vídeo???? 191kg
Vegas Sep 505+!
@@user-pt6fm4wf4z I think you are asking about the weight of the world record. If yes, Hafthor holds both Standard bar (equipped) Deadlift, and Elephant bar (raw) Deadlift, world records. They stand at 501 kg (1,105 lbs) and 474.5 kg (1,046 lbs) respectively.
@@Nirsterkur 😎
We all want the 510 kg Thor
You can do it big giant, we are with you!
Nah...we want 520 😈😈
even he dont believe in that
Easy work for him.
@@hg_10sm68544.5kg is 1200lbs
@@romeolajh1602he believes in 520 tf u on?
Its absolutely insane how fast u regained ur strength mate
remember this the next time a tested lifter says they're natural
Well you see, I don’t think it is insane. You’re talking about one of the strongest humans ever to exist, if not the strongest? It doesn’t surprise me at all. This man was born to do this, he’s a complete monster. We will see him “officially” lift 520kg in the next 12 months!
@@josephmangano3261
Yeah, because with PED's "anybody can do this". 🤡🔨
@@josephmangano3261 depends, most people can regain strength after a hiatus pretty quickly with a strategic program with gradual peaks. But that’s beside the point, you ain’t going to lift that heavy with PEDs alone.
@@josephmangano3261Exactly.
To completely tear your pectoralis major off the bone and having endured the unspeakable loss of his beloved daughter Grace, what he just achieved today, is the very definition of the incredible power of human will and determination.
Massive and heartiest congratulations on your fourteenth 1,000 pound Deadlift Hafthor! 💪🏻❤👑
Holy shit!
What happened to his daughter?
@@mihailopopovic4759stillbirth
You're right my brother, he has overcome so much in a short space of time, that's why we are all behind him 100%.
@@mihailopopovic4759 Stillborn at 21 weeks.
Never seen someone get their strength back so fast. Man this Arnold's will be insane
Yes, it is too fast. It worries me greatly. At this pace, he will end up tearing his body to pieces. He should have waited another year before he started serious weight training. That pec will explode again. Mark my words.
Thor looks like a Titan again 🤩
Damn fullthor is almost here
good one
200kg+ is the mythical fullthor
🤣🤣
@@ronnana694Any guesses at what bodyweight Hafthor will turn up for the last heavy single?
@@NirsterkurI think at his standard competition weight, somewhere around 200 kg. I don’t understand why some people say that he’s going to be lighter this time.
Absolutely unbelievable!!!!! You are the strongest man of all times, but doing this after 9 months from your pec tear is, bro seriously I'm out of words.
510 is coming and we will all be there to see it
It's insane how smooth Thor's heavy deadlifts look. No hitching, flawless technique, brute strength. You love to see it.
Hafthor 4 weeks out = No pressure, just hunger. LFG! 💪
Buddy I dreamt of seeing Hafthor doing 1,001 at the Arnold's. But never even in my dreams I thought he would do it 4 weeks out!!
There is something just right about a Hafthor and Runar strongman vid 💪🏻
I wasn't expecting to watch a 1000lb deadlift today but here we are. That was incredible!!
Insane, one of the greatest of all time.
10:30 chills up my spine! YES!
Thor!!! You will hit the 510!! Your fucking back mate!!! 510🎯
If Thor wants to call you baby then Thor calls you baby, and baby you will be called! 😂😂
Yep. Best not argue about it - just grab your pacifier....😅
Once he comes back and pulls 505kg in comp it’s over he’ll leave no more doubters
Can't stop the POWER!!!
Everyone attempting and failing to break 501kg
Thor: Fine I'll do it myself
Super impressive session - and so good to see you having fun with your dad and Runar. This ASC is going to be massive!!
Him: How do you say that in Icelandic?
Thor: dhchebeyfgbeksuhd kilos 😂
Would love to learn Icelandic. I shout Icelandic phrases in the gym to hype up and it feels extra alpha and amazing!
I think it’s pretty much confirmed he’s gonna win this event come competition time. Crazy how fast you put the strength back on Thor! Stay healthy
Tom may have something to say about that. Dude is nasty and locked in rn. Mitch too, and I’m excited to see Martin back. Gonna be a hell of a year
@@kevinsayesHe's talking about the deadlift. Nobody at the ASC is on Thor's level at raw deadlifting.
@@kevinsayes let’s hope so! I’m not sure if Mitch or Martins could hang with 1000lbs. Tom might be able to, but it seems like he gets a lot out of a DL suit which isn’t allowed at the Arnold’s (I don’t think).
@@kevinsayesI really doubt that Tom or someone else will pull more than 1000 ibs
@@kevinsayes think the others will do something around 1000lbs as their 3rd attempt, Thor probably will do it with his 2nd attempt and do whatever he needs to to beat the others with his 3rd attempt.
I absolutely drink reign because of this man, the Gummy bear is my favorite. Glad to see the comeback! Much love from the US. Skal!
bro you looks completely different, im rooting for you 100% man
I'll say what surprises me the most is that Thor was never really the greatest deadlifter up until 2017. Don't get me wrong, he was a good deadlifter, but he was usually upper-middle of the pack up until about 2017. After that his deadlift started to explode especially when training for the 501. I remember watching the 2016 deadlift championships and Thor barely hit 440 and it looked HARD then 460 at WSM 2017 was a great improvement, but still looked hard. Now 454 during training and it looked almost like a warmup lift... love to see Thor's deadlift looking so good.
Deadlift is my favorite event and I'm happy to see how much Thor has just accelerated his deadlift since 2017. There are very few men out there I believe could hit the 505kg and Thor is one of them.
I kinda feel Tom is having a similar path to Thor on the deadlift, if he can get as far I don't know, but he has really improved it over the past year or so. Very cool to see, just like how we watched them both really improve their log lift over a couple of seasons.
@@kimaboe For sure, Tom really surprised everyone with his elevated deadlift at the Shaw Classic last year. Really curious to see what he does at The Arnold along w/ Mitch, Thor, Bobby, Martins... it's going to be a good show that's for sure
Thor should aim to lift 505kg and put everyone to shame that have tried to do this the last few years
Smashed it bro! Next year you'll break the world record . . . Again!
Thor returns to the competitive and obtains the title of the strongest man in the world.
The perfect powerlifter meme right there. "A quick game of chess between sets.."
Love that the World's Strongest Man takes his rest seriously. It validates what I've been practicing for years.
Good on ya brother! Great to see everything going well! Much respect from Australia 🇦🇺 👍
You are insane, so thrilled to follow you back in strongman 💪
Screaming around in Icelandic like that looks fun. Its real guttaral perfect to pump up a guy
If anyone told that the king will deadlift a 1000 lb in 9 months, on the day he got injured - I swear everyone would have laughed. This is totally nuts!!!
And short retirement
@@AlejandroSanchez-pl6jwover 4 and a half years isn't a short retirement.
Fuck yeah Thor! You got this man! Keep being smart and lifting heavy!
Wow, you've made a fast recovery. I know it wasn't easy but I'm glad to see you getting back to full strength! Keep it up Thor!
510 deadlift
500 squat
250 log
300 stone
Leets goo!
I'm speechless... You are truly the King of humanity bro. You stand alone and you have no peers.
Lmfao imagine being such a beta. Glorifying another man like that. Just admit even you think you’re worthless.
Love how your dad is so supportive 👏👏
You are absolutely CRAZY! What a comeback! A great inspiration
Superhuman 🙌💪💪
We have seen nothing yet, the best is to come for sure 🎉
Dude, you are getting so strong, so fast. Your deadlift is a thing of beauty. I hope to develope technique like you one day!
Let's go big man.. we all believe in you!
Absolutely incredible strength shown, but also the speed of recovery and determination!
It's you!
Very impressed at how well you got over the psychological damage of a major injury.
Awsome to see you back in strong man always loved watching you ❤
1000lbs looked very strong prep is going well ! 💪🏴-🇮🇸
I absolutely love watching this dude deadlift. To watch the best ever at it training is a gift. Get that record bro.
Eddie rolling in tears rn ☠️
An inspiration for all ages... what an athlete
Wow that 454kg deadlift looked easy! Arnold classic 2024 🏆 right here.
Wow you look huge and strong. This comeback is going to be epic! This year is going to be amazing for strongman.
Well done, Thor, you are amazing. Have a great day.
Break that world record and set the record straight, no bullshit, nobody can say anything, 100%
Not even fully peaked yet, and this is the level you're at already. Scary!
The mountain is back. I cannot wait to see what you can do.
Always good to see Hafthor putting in work
Crazy!!!! Your recovery and your ability to be back to where you almost were is insane in such a short amount of time. Congrats and best of luck!!
Your commitment to the goals you set yourself is incredible. Truly inspiring.
Hafthor the God of regaining old strength. It's absurd. I've always noticed it. Everyone has muscle memory, but even Thor's muscle memories seem to have muscle memories.
Seems like his biggest advantage is hyper-responding to training, food, and whatever compounds he takes.
Big Z was similar. They can gain weight and strength crazy fast with less obvious consequences than most competitors and lose it fast when needed workout sacrificing too much.
Seems to be one the keys to a long career and success at different types of competitions.
great to see things ticking along so well. great lifting!
So looking forward to Strength Tournaments coming up
Massive respect to you man. Greetings from Portugal fans
looking strong glad to see your staying healthy
The Mountain is definitly back! Congrats on the 1000 lb lift! The Arnolds are going to be amazing!
AWESOME! So glad you decided to return to Strongman, so excited to see you compete. Have you narrowed your foot placement slightly since the 501?
Hard work pays off! Keep strong and healthy! Here's your chance to really Shine :D

The best at lifting and always supported thor when I first saw him compete in WSM. Definitely my favorite strongman 💪💯
Insane strength. Best of luck with the competition
Just feel so happy to be able to follow this in real time
I witnessed how quickly you leaned out for your boxing match, so it was no surprise to me that you regained your weight & strength so quickly! Lift as much as you can while avoiding injury! I am sure you will hit 475kg without being at jeopardy of hurting yourself, although I think you will exceed that number. Good luck on your endeavor, I do believe that you and Brian Shaw have the best genetics in human history!
THOR IS BACK !!! great deadlift! Ur gym looks awesome
So many haters wanting to take away your WR, do it for them. GOAT affirmed! Mic drop!
I will wacht this amazing video later i promisse ! Congratulations! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I wish you all the best and that you stay injury free. Everyone wants to see how crazy this comeback will be.
Congrats on a full recovery
So happy runar is back
Proud of you big guy and I know omega dad is mighty proud !
Looking forward to seeing you at the Arnolds Thor! gonna smash your record. youre gonna blast back onto the scene and people arent ready to see what is to come
I'm happy to see the king return and hope to see him at the next strongman 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Eddie is gonna get his single argument against Hafthor destroyed soon
This is the Thor I expect to see. Congratulations at being back to pure power.
I hope he goes back to proper bar after Arnold
the king is back, lets gooo!
Its good to see Thor back in Strongman! Back where he belongs!
On the horizon dark clouds arose
Thor rode across the black clouds
As the night rolled in over us
We felt the wrath of the storm
I tell ya what... When your team was pumping you up right before the 454kg lift, that sh*t was epic. Icelandic Viking motivation... Yes sir baby! 😂
you have already secured your place as a legend in the sport of strongman. can't wait to see what this year brings with all the current bests competing together.
Wow.. you are the man, the legend, the true Viking, Keep going champ.
Best training videos. Crazy how fast you gain strength. 💪
Makes it look easy! You gonna smash the 500
Thor's year. This is Thor's year.
Well, this made all the doubters really quite 🤫
Thor is back...y'all better be uber ready!
Super happy to see you get that 1000. Knew you would and its also satisfying to quiet some of the haters and casuals. If this you shows up in ohio then everybody competing has issues. Good luck thor and god bless.
One thing often overlooked is that because of his height (6”9) he’s lifting that weight far higher than other strongmen and exerting far more bio mechanical energy than the shorter guys. Deadlift is not really a tall guys exercise so it’s impressive to see Thor do so well at it.
So true, Hafthor's Deadlift range of motion is a massive 26 inches.
@@NirsterkurSo true, Eddie would always try and compare his deadlift, but Thor was lifting that weight higher off the ground, and through a longer range of motion. It requires far more energy to do that.
Crazy progression I need to check out your actual program and see your process
When Hafthor flips houses he does it to test his grip
