Check the engine compression,and valve clearance, compression pressure should be (5.50 to 7.50) and valve clearance should be ( inlet 1 & 2- .08 to .10mm) and (outlet 1 & 2-.13 to .15) and change the spark plug also

Actually bro shim starts also 2mm,, & you have to calculate that what kind of shim you need,,, always calculate ( A+B_C) in this rules,,, = present valve clearance=(A), present shim thikness (check through vernier caliper/ micrometre)=B, & standard valve clearance=C, so bro we know also inlet standard valve clearance is _ 0.10mm & Exhaust valve clearance is _0.25mm So bro calculate in this method,,, you can solve every shim engine
