Hugs! I have Fibro too. I think it’s hard for a majority of people who don’t have a chronic illness to understand and have empathy. I hope you don’t feel like you owe anyone an explanation for your why you have more energy some days than others. I hope others that stumble across your channel gain some understanding and awareness 💗
You’re such an encouragement to me! I’m 19 and have fibromyalgia, I’m trying to learn how to cope and how to live comfortably. Watching and seeing others with the same Illness helps me feel not alone :) ❤️
It’s a long process to learn how to cope, I’m still working on it over the years as I’ve been “collecting” chronic illnesses. Just know you’re never alone on this channel🤍
Stay strong Mad!!! I’m glad your speaking out about your illness. I’ve been struggling with Fibro for 11yrs. Fibromyalgia is now starting to become more discussed, so more people are understanding. But 11yrs ago, it was still more of a diagnosis that was in your head.
Thank you so much for watching!! It’s still so hard to find doctors who will listen about fibromyalgia but it is definitely being talked about more. I want to try to bring more awareness about it!
Sweet girl I understand what you’re going through. I too have chronic illness. I have chronic muscle spasms, chronic IBS, arthritis, thyroid issues, and sleep apnea. I also suffer from depression because of this. I know that feeling of worrying what people think. I have to stay home most of the time. I miss church because of it. My heart goes out to you. I’m so sorry you are going through this, especially as young as you are. You’ve got this. Jesus is on your side. I will be praying for you. Keep praying and hang in there. Love you!
It’s definitely rough missing out on things. I’m trying to remember that Jesus doesnt give us more than we can handle. Thank you so much for this comment!! I really appreciate it. 💕
Thank you gathering up the strength and energy to go vote! This is EXACTLY why mail-in ballots were designed in the first place. I’m so sorry they have made it more difficult for people like us. My thoughts and heart are with you as a veteran of this bugger. Namaste.
My heart goes out to you! Don’t waste your energy in explaining to others because you think you look lazy on your flare days because unless they have it Or they are a very understanding doctor they mean Well but they don’t get it . Save that energy for the things you love. Praying you have much more good days than bad. I know your video will help other young girls going through this.
Thank you!! I have come a long way since this video and now i just know on my flare days, I need to take care of my body. And I hope so!!! I want to make people feel less alone.
Hello beautiful! I know exactly how you're feeling. I've be dealing with fibro since I was around 12 years old and i'm in my early 20's now. To give you hope, i've been able to finish college and get married all with the pain and no medication. Just make sure that you surround yourself with people who understand how you're feeling girl, having that support system around you helps you to not feel like you have to explain yourself every time and that can be draining. My second advice is rest when you're feeling pain and be productive when you're feeling that burst of energy. I understand it is hard. Sometimes it's triggered by stress and other times there is no reason for a flareup, our body has a mind of its own. Just know that what is important is your mental health and being gentle with yourself. Spreading the love
Hi, Mad Omg, I empathize a lot with you. I'm a Fibro suffer here. I've heard so many times people telling me that I'm just lazy, that I always want a rest, that I should exercise more than I really can. It's exhausted and frustrated the lack of consciousness We're fight everyday with this condition. We're really strong tho Hugs 💛
For many light exercise does help, and I mean very light, such as a stroll in your neighborhood. I could do this or volunteer at my children’s school now and then if I was careful. Some cannot. It also depends on if you are in a major, long term flare. At 64 and many years of this, (and a fulfilling if painful life,) I am completely exercise intolerant. I am mostly housebound because of this but I refuse to just sit in my home ALL the time simply because if I do, one day I know I won’t be able to get up at all. The struggle is real and unfortunately for now it is for a lifetime. You WILL eventually learn little tricks that work for you. Ignore people who don’t believe, want you to do things their way but do be willing to give treatments a try. Also, don’t be afraid of pain medication if you can get it, just be wise with it. ❤️
Bless you lovely girl, I am 78 years old and have fibromyalgia I have had it since I was 70…..until then I had a great life, husband lovely children the works…..I have had a life, however you lovely girl are so young, I hope in the near future some kind of cure can be found to give you your life back ❤
Thank you so much! Thankfully since this video I have been able to get on some really good medicine and it has given me at least some of my life back and I’m getting to do a lot of the things I enjoy !

Thank you so much for commenting! I know chronic illness can be very isolating and make people feel lonely. That's why I wanted to do this video and do more like it. I plan to make a video on my CFS/Fibro story very soon!
My sis was diagnosed with it years ago. She says yoga and massages help a lot. She is able to work full time from home. She has I think 5 cats now , 2 large dogs and fish and rabbits. She goes to church every Sunday , has 1-2 game nights with friends every week . She seems to be doing pretty well and handling it well. She doesn’t ever talk about it though. Not sure if she has a very mild form of it but she never complains and sometimes I forget she even has it bc she seems to be doing so well with it.
Cannibis has helped me has to have THC in it if taken in small amounts no fuzzy head.. Also I'm studying magic mushrooms curing depression pain and addictions please study x keep organic I was in a wheel chair now I'm walking my dog and swimming x
Thank you sooo much for videoing..I have the same diagnosis and it really helps me to see others trying to just put one foot in front of the other when you’re in a flare up. I totally get everything you’re saying and know how much effort and exertion goes into your work and want you to know I appreciate you! Keep up the fantastic work of encouraging others!!! God bless you and your chronic condition!!!
Stay strong ❤️ i'm glad you made this. My mom has it and they think i Have it too. I havent got me tested yet because i only have a few mild symptomes. Hope you are doing okay, i'm watching your videos from the beginning till the current date. Lots of love from the netherlands ❤️🤗

Hugs beauts I have fibromyalgia m.e and CFS it sucks as I wanted to be a body builder but no it didn't happen but it's not the end of the world XXX big soft hugs for you
I’m so sorry! I understand what it’s like to have doctors who don’t want to help. It took me years and moving to a different city to find doctors who actually wanted to help.
I may think I have this also, or perhaps chronic fatigue. I don't know. I feel I am lacking also motivation and have depression. There are days on I can be active and enjoy it. Then I get so tired and have msot difficulties in getting up and start doing things. I get stiffness in my body.
It sounds like you definitely could have it. I would suggest going to a rheumatologist who has a background and "believes" in chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Usually doctors will list what their specialities in their field are on their website.
I highly recommend checking out Kelsey Darragh's video "Hack chronic pain" where she interviews a doctor who specializes in chronic pain and it's connection to our brains. There are 2 parts, about an hour each, but I highly highly recommend. They were life changing for me.
@@MadisonStrong the videos are definitely still worth watching...no matter what pain condition one has, it applies to them all. It completely changed my perspective. 😊

Unlikely to have a cure. Is related to the CNS. How the brain interprets pain. I survived cancer and now have Fibro. Need to look deep into yourself to make it.
