We start from #Dafni beach. As you can see, its beauty is incomparable! It is located on the shores of the Evian Gulf, below Mount Kandili. It lies almost 2 hours north of Athens by car, following the route #Chalkis, Psachna Politika, Nerotrivia.
In your first steps discovering this exotic beach, you will not believe that there is such a combination of landscape and colors!
The cafe bar and restaurant of the same name is an oasis harmoniously intertwined with the environment and will make your stay there unforgettable! Do not miss the sunset, and dive while the sky is on fire! A memory that you will remember for years!
Next stop is #Limnionas! A Divine place on the east coast of central Evia, embraced by the Aegean sea. It is located 2 hours and a quarter north of Athens, via the route Chalkis, Psachna, Kontodespoti, Agia Sofia. The road has several turns as well as the entire network of Evia, but the view offered and the unspoiled nature will reward you generously!

All you have to do is indulge in the magic of the beach, swim for hours, jump from the rocks and dive, discover the impressive seabed and this irresistible blue of Greece. Explore the sea caves like Hamiara, do canoeing, stand up paddling or just fall asleep on the sea mattress under the bright #Greek sun. In the taverns of Limnionas the local specialties will drive you crazy and will give you energy for further games at sea!
Agios Nikolaos beach is located at the northeastern end of Evia, just opposite #Skiathos island. The islet with the picturesque church is breathtaking and is a landmark! To get here you will need 3 hours from the center of #Athens.

The island of Evia is one of the closest to Athens and yet it is one of the most unknown. That is because Evia is so large that there is much to know about it. Second in size to Crete, it stretches from the tip of the Pelion Peninsula all the way south to the coast of Attika. It's southern tip is just a short distance from the Cycladic islands of Andros and Kea though unfortunately there is no ferry connection. If there were, more tourists would come here. As it is, because it is so close to the mainland that you can drive to it, Evia has been and remains a popular summer holiday destination for Greeks and Greek-Americans, Canadians, Australians and others whose families originally came from the island.
The topography of the island is as varied as anywhere in Greece, with sparkling Aegean beaches and coves on its east coast, a mountainous interior with rivers, streams and forests, a west coast that is a mix of beaches, the city of Halkida, large towns, industry, agriculture, beaches and wetlands. I was in Petali two days ago! It is a somewhat intense driving journey to arrive there with the normal road going through Mount Dirfys which is not for beginners and then it ends with 2 km of steep muddy rocky road. All in all it is OK to drive to it with any car but you need to like driving and be a good driver. The beach is of course totally worth it, the several tones of blue of the water, the cliffs, the end of the world atmosphere... totally worth it. There are other similar beaches from what I have understood, like Thapsa. Hole you will enjoy!!

Which is my favorite place in Greece ? have been in few island and few places . Each with beautiful landscapes and stunning beaches. And still,my soul favorite remain Corfu . And not just
because its natural beauties .Corfu has a feeling which did not find it in other places.Not in vain is called the ' great lady ' of the Ionian sea . Is the place where kings and empresses spent their vacations.They definetelly knew something.

Evia to bardzo duża wyspa. Kalamos leży w południowej części. Plaże zwrócone w stronę Morza Egejskiego mogą być wietrzne i pofalowane. Jeśli przyjeżdżasz z Polski, sprawdź te filmy z północnej części (nie dotkniętej pożarami)

Yes there are. greece is full of hidden small beaches, search in google MAPS
@@TourismosTravelGuru Thank you for your answer.I know there are many hiden beaches in Greece,.We were in few island.I checked also Evia ,but in northern region found nothing as on other islands. It seems to me Evia(compares for ex. with Corfu ,Zakynthos Scopelos ,,,etc . even Thassos ) hasn't the beauty one find in other islands.
Well, i do not agree. Every island has its own beauty and unique landscape & coastline. Evia is famous among Greeks for virgin hidden coves with no road access, ideal for free camping. This year Greece might break the record of tourist visitors, so let us preserve some tourist free zones 😊😉🇬🇷🙏🏻
