Step 1) Check your password
Step 2) Make Sure Date and Time is Correct
Step 3) Turn on Less secure app access
Step 4) Reset the Mail app
Step 5) Uninstall and Reinstall Mail App
Step 6) Remove and Add Your Email Account Once Again.

I uninstalled my Windows mail app & then went to the Microsoft Store & installed it again & that was the only way I then fixed this problem. Tried all others but did not work until I uninstalled & reinstalled the Windows Mail app
