To accommodate for this, the arena has four semi-solid platforms. Flash Man: his signature Time Stopper ability lasts longer and has more range. I have no clue how the other characters would work. This is also just my prediction/opinions on which Robot Masters in Mega Man 2 get the Speed Gear and which get the Power Gear. You can reply with your own ideas if you wish.
