Best Tablet Holder for Digital Artists - Microsoft Surface and iPad which one is the best 2020

- I've ordered and test a large number of tablet holders for digital art and drawing and almost all of them have at least one really big problem with them. I use this with my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 but it can be used with an Apple iPad or iPad Pro, really any tablet. I've only found 2 that I like and they look almost identical to ones I DON'T like online. This guide is here to help you understand what to look for, provide you with easy links to buy the right one and to well,,..... help you hold your tablet better for drawing and stylus use.

Are any of these supportive enough to hold an ipad while drawing? Specifically one that extends and mounts to a table.

How is the "3 arm Tablet holder for night stand/table mounting
" with respect to the power botton and volume up/down rockers? It looks like the holding pad arms might touch them - do you find it does? I have a surface pro 6

@@TabletPro I have a bunch of bulged disks in my lower back so having something I can swing over my bed so I don’t crane my neck low really helps. Have any of your favorite items changed since this video? I have a iPad Pro but I imagine most fit any tablet

Pretty late, but are these good arms for heavy handed people while drawing? I do animation, and the current stand i use hurts my back, and havent been able to find one thats able to hold hand weight,

Hey Justice, the silver stand with the red button you recommend, I can get on Amazon UK. I can't find out whether it would clasp a surface book 13.5 tablet though. I need the clasp to extend 22cm, is it possible you could measure yours? Thanks.
Thanks, that's a shame, folk were saying it fits the 12.9" ipad pro, must be by a mm or so.

Yes. It’s a good choice for that. I use to film my computer in the same way

Hi! You mentioned holding your surfacebook 2 with the 3 arm stylus. Can you hold it with the keyboard attached? I'm just curious because my surfacebook 2 loses charge so fast without the keyboard attached.
Yes. With the keyboard attached but you can charge just the tablet without the base
You can also do that with a portable battery just use jgotech’s usb c to surface connector
@@TabletPro Thanks! Good to know about the keyboard. On my surfacebook, both the surface connector and the usb-c are on the keyboard part :/. I just bought a cheap surface pro 3 to use as a second monitor so I'll key that in mind!
@@nariseconnor7775 took me a while to figure this out but there is ALSO a surface connect port on the bottom of the tablet where it connects to the keyboard. Kinda cool figuring that out a year after owning it…. 😁

Those are wireless and those are bluetooth? Aren't the ones you called bluetooth connected via the surface connectors?
They are Bluetooth that connect magnetically to the surface but not electronically. They are aftermarket. The bigger one is garbage. Little one is okay
Tablet Pro Oh, okay. I think I'll just stick with the original Surface Type Cover for the time being.
The type cover is really a great product. Just wish it had Bluetooth or wireless capability
