I remember having my Oscar de Laurenta 2 pc suit fitted at Men's Wear house in Calgary. I was a slim guy, lol. I felt like a million dollars! The Stylistics remind me of when men cared about how the looked.
So did the ladies, with the amazing perfumes...

I love the black community and all they have done to make America the greatest place on earth to live. I was raised on food stamps in the projects for 5 years and all my friends was black. They were great buddies and athletes and I learned how to be a awesome baseball pitcher and football quarterback because of their encouragement and hard luck teaching. Yes i got bumps n bruises and im thankful they taught me to stand up for myself.

One thing you can say about eban brown of the stylistics is that he was a good replacement for russell Thompkins jr ,he managed to keep the sound alive and despite the haters that think he sounds like kermit the frog when he sings he did a wonderful job for the guys but after that the stylistics had numerous changes when it came to the front man, also eban was doing other project's on the side,i had the privilege of seing him at Lehman college several years ago and even though he did his own music people were disappointed because they expected him to do all and everything that was stylistic musically speaking,he was good and he did manage too get a couple of songs from the stylistics.

These people are not the originals. Where's Russell Thompkons? I saw the interview Russell give on YT, and confirmed that he actually did all the singing in the studio on these early hits except when he shared lead. These guys are replacements.

The closest you'll get to russell, bo henderson can sing in david Ruffin place but not russell Tompkins, too completely different styles and voices.
