Best Treatment for Dry Eye Disease Pain - LDN and CoQ10

I presented a paper in 2013 at the International Society of Pharmacology and Therapeutics Meeting in Iceland demonstrating efficacy of Low Dose Naltrexone LDN for the treatment of Dry Eye Disease DED. Our study found that 50% of patients showed improvement in the signs and symptoms of DED. Most patients reported improvement in pain associated with DED.
