By the Tulkun way Payakan is considered a killer because they dont fight back no matter what and Payakan gathered navi and tulkun to fight the sky people so even if it was revealed to the clan that payakan didnt kill them he’d still be outcast
By the way the blue people are called Na'vi. AVATARS are humans using a fake body when they sleep, they have 4 fingers amd a thumb whilst the real NA'VI the natives only have 3 fingers and a thumb they also don't have eyebrows but just stripes that look like eyebrows

@jaybanks3463 The thumb is not a finger if you want. Proof was when Aonung was bullying the Sully Kids, he called them 4 fingered freaks, meaning that Navi have 3 instead of 4. Which is why they look different.

Everyone seems to have a hard time with this. But Jake wanted to move his family because Quaritch can lead the Sky People directly to the Omatikaya. Theyve been under Eywas protection from humans but not other Navi / Avatars. Then the Sky People can nuke the area just like they did to the coastline

also 9:18 Jake is 2 thing, first ex marine so he knows humans tactics and how to fight them and the second bigger reason is because Jake is Toruk Makto, if he calls for war every clan will join him, he is litterally the reason why humans lost in the first movie, because for just few days he got Na'vi number from few hundreds to over few thousands, so the smartest thing to do for humans is to eliminate him
this movie and the first one are good to see peopls hypocrisy by judging the bad guys, here is one example earth is dying what do you do, there is Pandora which could be a new earth but there are native aliens there are they a problem, no but they will be why because our humans inventions require destruction of nature, we need to cut trees, we need ground to use for crops and other food production, we need electronic devices that mean a lot of material and with that comes a lot of toxic waste, Na'vi wouldnt let their planet be destroyed so they will attack, as human i dont want someone to attack my people so before i bring civilians i need to remove the threat so kill all Na'vi, Colonels main goal was to kill Jake because of the resons i sayed before.
54:25 he is kind of right, look at it this way if you and me were enemies and we wanted to kill eachother, then i say surrender to me and i will leave your family after i kill you, you say no and all of the sudden your son starts attacking me, if i kill him thats on you, you couldnt stop the war but you had a chance to end the battle.
