Sir,in my case rule 7(ii) is applicable but my pay fixed under rule 7(i) as the department has not considered the grade pay which is provided me by granting the benefit of ACP. They only considered department wise schedule D and ignore the rule 7(ii) due to this I have financial loss in my basic salary.Pl.suggest What I do ?

As per some of the policy letters and court directions, ESM / Ex combatant clerk are eligible either for pay fixation or incremental benefits for No. of year served in defence force.
