Q -*-***-*- Chandigarh , dated the Q - 8-23 Implementation of notification dated 29.03.2022 issued by the Govt . of India , Ministry of Home Affairs- operation of Recruitment Rules clarification regarding Probation Period and Upper Age Limit I am directed to refer to this Administration's letter No. 28 / 17 / 94-1H ( 7 ) 2022/9706 dated 28.06.2022 on the subject noted above whereby it was intimated that duration of period and upper age limit for all the prospective recruitments / appointments shall be on central pattern . The issue regarding upper age limit has been reconsidered by the Administration and it has been decided that upper age limit shall be as per Recruitment Rules ( as applicable before 01.04.2022 ) . 2 . Accordingly , the letter under reference is hereby partially modified to the extent that upper age limit for filling up the posts by way of direct / promotion / deputation shall be as per Recruitment Rules ( as applicable before 01.04.2022 ) till fresh Recruitment Rules are finalized as per Central Rules . 3 .
