I found that this st does not quite downshift comfortably like i expect it to.But in gear acceleration is epic.

Good video mate, I bought a completely standard, low mileage one owner mk2 focus ST about a month ago and absolutely love it. I got a few mods planned.
In the video you said you wanted to go stage 2/3, I wouldn’t bother if I were you, you said yourself the thing is savage as it is now and is too much when you floor it.
Do you know what stage one map you got? I’d it Collins performance?
Its a DRS stage 1 map i believe thanks for the comments yes weather I will go stage 2 of three depends weather my funds allow it but if I did I'd only want 320 bhp tops

The exhaust sound mate 👌
its not the head thats weak, its the block hence the term block mod.
a shim goes in between each cylinder to help prevent it from splitting open !!.
Thank you for that thats exactly what I needed 🙏 I knew there was some sort of shim between the cylinders
@@jamiepudney no problem , its not a guarantee to stop it happening though as ive seen and heard of them still splitting with the block mod done.

BMW is definitely the better family car all day mate. The e60 535 i had was a great car lots of room inside and so comfy. Also a lot faster than the st. But I just sold mine couple month back and bought an st as its a car I've always wanted to own love the noise they make.
