Schraube befestigt und ragt zu weit aus.Die Maschine ist eine gantry-Bauweise eine sehr steife Konstruktion aber durch die unzureichende Werkzeugbefestigung wird der Vorteil leider nicht genutzt. Am besten einen schwingungsgedämpften Werkzeughalter nehmen und möglichst kurz einspannen und mit mindestens 2 Schrauben befestigen. Es gibt spezielle Schneidplatten fürs Glanzdrehen von Felgen, die haben eine "Schleppschneide" heißt der Schneidenradius ist kein vollkreis sondern polygon, hat den Vorteil dass man bessere Oberflächengüte bei höheren Vorschub erzielt.

No covers over the leadscrew, no doors with interlocks, bodged tooling and I'd love to see how that wheels being held to fixture and then how the fixtures being held...........
I could watch this for hours! It's like magic seeing those wheels get all nice and shiny again. Makes me appreciate the hard work that goes into it. Plus, the sound is kinda calming too! 🎥✨
One day i did error in programming. And CNC machine blade goes on cutting more depth 😢 suddenly pressed the Emergency stop button. Programming shoud be done And checked throughly.
