I know I mentioned at the end of my video for shampoo recommendations, but I just tried Glow Lab's Hydrating Shampoo yesterday and it's worked wonders so far!
I washed with warm-hot water and massaged it into/ left it on my scalp for ~5 minutes and my scalp is barely peeling today!! :o I'll try and remember to keep this updated but look into it if you're in the same boat as me!
It's quite pricey but honestly worth the try if you're stumped on products to try. I got it at Woolworths :)

I’ve been using a shampoo brush scrubber thing with silicone spikes when washing my hair. It helps with exfoliating the scalp. I would get huge flakes and it would be so itchy around my hairline. Now I only get maybe one or two flakes between washes (I wash my hair twice a week). I was also using Palmer’s coconut oil spray that supposes to help with itchy scalp. I was only using it a short while before my scalp calmed down so I can’t say if it was really helpful or not. Thanks for sharing your tips!

Hi Tara! Try Euzema cream! Its a cream frm Malaysia and it did help w eczema flare up. It says that ur eczema can heal within 3 months of applying it...but depends on the severity. I’ve applied for more than 3 months but my eczema still isn’t cured, but at least it doesn’t flare up as much. I used to flare up once every 2 weeks and lately I’ve only flared up once a month! Also, I’ve changed my diet and avoided seafood at all costs. I’ve also avoided nuts and diary (lik bubble tea😭). Hope this helps!😊🌸🌸🌸

Hey tara, I've been using hydrocortisone cream for my eczema for over 4 years. I'm scared of steroid withdrawal. Do you have any experience with steroid withdrawal? If so, how long did it take for your skin to return normal?

I used to do that and I became immune to hydrocortisone so I went to like three dermatologist and I couldn't find anything that would help me so I stopped going. I finally just started watching for ingredients transient bother my skin, the only thing that's helped me is Eucerin thick cream. Cake it on your hands and put some no latex gloves on at night or whenever

I don’t have shampoo or conditioner to recommend but have you tried putting squalane on your scalp to help with the flakiness? I personally suffer with dandruff and I found putting squalane helps reduce the appearance of it. I use the ordinary 100% squalane or if youre worried of it being too heavy they also have hemi-squalane which is a less intense version. I also use it on my face for my dry skin (I don’t have eczema tho just dry skin).

I will tell you something that really helps for my eczema-
So what I do is after I take a shower, I put on steroid lotion. I then make my pajamas wet( use thin pajamas not fuzzy) and put that on my body. (its supposed to be tight). Then, I put if sweat pants and a swearshirt amd your good! The next morning your skin will feel and look a lot better!

So sick of steroid creams 🙄 for 10 years, go to a doctor just for them to give me cream and send me away

    • @TaraChandrax

literally paying $200 to see a dermatologist for 15 mins, just for them to prescribe a steroid cream and tell me stuff i already know sigh
